My family and I were introduced to this company through some type of gift card promotion The salesperson, Terrence, told us how long his presentation would take and once complete, we would be provided with our gift certificate The presentation was professional and interesting Grandma happened to be visiting and the kids participated too It was a no-brainer for our family to have the water filtration system installed since several of us have sensitive skin (eczema, dry skin, etc..) and the pending arrival of a new baby to our home! Terrence scheduled the installation the following week and the install was quick and easy The installer was extremely professional and told us all about our new system The CLEAN water has had an amazing affect on my family's skin and the cleanliness of our tubs and showers The water spots have disappeared from the shower doors, as well as the dishes, after being cleaned in the dishwasher Once you do your own research after taking part in the presentation, you will see that this system is a must have for all families!

Faulty equipment and bad customer serviceMonths of issues with system and no reimbursement for me missing work and incurring cost
On November 15th, I purchased a Lennox air conditioner from FEWAIt took several attempts before it was properly installed on 11/30/Then they had to come back and finish strapping it down on 12/8/and my air filter was not delivered until 1/15/The unit worked ok for a little while then on 6/23/it stopped workingThey sent out a worker to look at it and all he did was pour vinegar down the pipe and then said it was going to be $185.00, I told him that it was under warranty and he said that he could take $I paid him because I thought that this was how it was but later found out that it was not and was reimbursed by the companyOn 6/30/the machine stopped working again and I called and they sent someone outthey said that it was the thermostat and would have to come back to replace it and that still is yet to happen

Before water heater was installed the sales rep did not tell me this unit required a drainThe water drips constantly around the base of the unit

homeownerShe asked me about water testingI told her I had it done months ago and now have purified waterShe asked me for the name of the Company She then asked me what was my lowest electric bill, after answering her She stated I'll call you in about weeks for another environmental surveyI reminded her that the turkey in my case is complimentary and it states that after this survey, voucher would be sent

Very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining the product n as for the insular he was kind curious n very respectfulAlso after he was done he explained all the working parts n went above n behind to make sure we were comfortable n understood how it all worked

Florida Energy Water & Air is wonderful From the ladies answering my phone calls to the installers of each of my new purchases, this company has always been a pleasure to deal with I am the happiest with my Rainsoft water and Clean Start laundry cleaning machine But let me tell you -- as soon as Florida Energy Water & Air installed the proper material for my attic and replaced my electric hot water heater - my power bill dropped almost $during the worst months of summer! Thanks to each of you for making my house a more environmentally friendly place to live and raise a family

Sales rep came to our home and misled us and lied to us as to what his product would do for us
On 10/29/a sales rep by the name of paul B*** came to our home representing Florida Energy Water and AirHe scared us into thinking our water was not safe to drink and shamed us for letting our dog drink itHe claimed if we purchased a water system from this company our water would be as pure as bottled water, we would use much less soap in our washer and would feel much cleaner coming out of the shower as the water would be much purerHe preformed a test to show us how bad our water was, a test that took about 10-minutesAfter showing us how terrible our water was, he put a filter on our kitchen faucet and did same test and showed us how great our water could be if we just bought his system
So he made us a deal that we had to sign right then in order to get this great deal! About 2-weeks later we called the company after this was installed at our home claiming our water sti

Robert is extremely professional, patient, and worked efficiently to get our water conditioning and purifying system installedHe impressed us with his knowledge and ability to problemsolve issues to get the job doneHe paid attention to cleanliness, and returning soil and landscaping to close to originalHe helped us understand or system and it's function and maintenance

I would just like to complement Florida water and energy specifically Jean who is a member of their staffHe came to my house and worked on an electrical system that was giving us problemsHe was very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service orientedWhen I commented on what a great job he did he replied with "he tries to treat every home like it's his own and what kind of job he would want if he was a homeowner." The price of the item plus out of pocket expenses annually are higher than what I was originally told
I purchased the system mths ago for approx4K which I found out after is significantly overpriced I was told that I had a one year warranty on parts and labor and a lifetime warranty on parts The labor charge after the one year would be $per half hourMy only other out of pocket cost would be the salt for the system on top of my monthly finance amount which is per month Within the first year a part had to be replaced I then found out that there is an annual repair they do to the system that is out of pocket I take care of replacing the salt but I find that every year the system starts to put out hard water and I have to pay out of pocket to have a tech come diagnose because the system although it is electric does not have a diagnostic feature I again feel the water very hard and I was never given the years worth of test strips which are listed in the ma
