My family and I were introduced to this company through some type of gift card promotion The salesperson, Terrence, told us how long his presentation would take and once complete, we would be provided with our gift certificate The presentation was professional and interesting Grandma happened to be visiting and the kids participated too It was a no-brainer for our family to have the water filtration system installed since several of us have sensitive skin (eczema, dry skin, etc..) and the pending arrival of a new baby to our home! Terrence scheduled the installation the following week and the install was quick and easy The installer was extremely professional and told us all about our new system The CLEAN water has had an amazing affect on my family's skin and the cleanliness of our tubs and showers The water spots have disappeared from the shower doors, as well as the dishes, after being cleaned in the dishwasher Once you do your own research after taking part in the presentation, you will see that this system is a must have for all families!

I am being harassed on a almost daily basis to reschedule a appointment I don't wantI have asked almost daily since December to not call again
In December I was contacted and asked if I would like to have someone come out and look at my Air conditioner and do a water test when I bought the houseThe gentleman showed up for the water test and declined to do it as my boyfriend who is not on the mortgage and is not responsible for making decisions in my house was not hereHe said the office would reschedule the appointmentSince then I have had a representative call me almost daily to reschedule that appointmentI have explained over and over again I am no longer interested, I have asked each time to be removed from their call listI receive at least calls a weekI have a list of numbers I have blocked on my cell phone because they call at 9am and I am not off of work until Am and they wake me upI am being harassed by this company who wont take no for an answerI am ext

Sales rep came to our home and misled us and lied to us as to what his product would do for us
On 10/29/a sales rep by the name of paul B*** came to our home representing Florida Energy Water and AirHe scared us into thinking our water was not safe to drink and shamed us for letting our dog drink itHe claimed if we purchased a water system from this company our water would be as pure as bottled water, we would use much less soap in our washer and would feel much cleaner coming out of the shower as the water would be much purerHe preformed a test to show us how bad our water was, a test that took about 10-minutesAfter showing us how terrible our water was, he put a filter on our kitchen faucet and did same test and showed us how great our water could be if we just bought his system
So he made us a deal that we had to sign right then in order to get this great deal! About 2-weeks later we called the company after this was installed at our home claiming our water sti
