I have nothing but great things to say about Florida Energy Air & WaterI recently bought a full AC unit from them and the service, workmanship and attentiveness to not only the work but also to me as a customer was nothing short of excellent It was so good that I decided to further purchase a solar fan and the top of line heat barrier for my attic All of this resulted in a much more pleasant home a significantly lower monthly electrical bill Great service, great product, great people, great company!

This company, FEWA, was supposed to install our water softenerWe paid for the service they performed partially and never returned When we contacted them to ascertain when they would return to complete the installation, they scheduled us for installation service at between 9-AM, 6-30-FEWA never showed up nor called to complete the installationWhen I contacted the company directly to ascertain why, I was placed on hold for an extended amount of time and told that a manager would call me backThe excuse was that the installer had some personal issues When I spoke to the manager who said they could reschedule me for 7-1-16, at the same time I informed him that the date was unacceptable and they need to have someone out here today to get the installation completeWe have paid for the installation services in full and have had to hound them down to get it completed this is unacceptable behavior for a business that wants to remain in business The conversation ended wit

We just had our RainSoft water purification system installed todaySo far I am loving the taste and quality of our water! Living in Florida, we have pretty low quality tap water, so this system really makes a differenceThe representative who introduced us to RainSoft gave a very thorough demonstration, and was very polite and knowledgeableHe answered all questions we had, and was very professionalOur installer, Tony (and assistant installer), was also very knowledgeable, professional, thoroughly explained how the system worked, and answered all of our questions with easeSo far we are very pleased with the entire process, no complaints here

This company Install a Solar Water Heater with out Volusia County Permit, Damage our new metal roof, Installation done incorrectly , respond to our calls; answer machine, give a message, never any response, promises to correct issue, never doneRoof company can't warranty the roof due to the damage done by Florida Energy Water & Air, that is an impediment to have our Electrical Bill reduce and the possibility of claim our credit to the IRS for the clean environmental product use on both the roof and the solar water Heater

Abysmally poor customer service!
On 5-24-I had my annual water system service that included a yr service to change the filtration mediumThe day was terribly storm, and, in my opinion, should have been rescheduledHowever, the tech arrived anyway, and after he was finished said "it would have gone quicker, but I didn't have a funnel with me, so I had to re-load the medium by hand
As they charge by the hour, this affected my bill in a negative way! I started calling about this issue on 6/19, and have called them x to date, I have received one missed call at the end of 6/I called again 2x on 6/and was assured it would be contacted by 1:30PMWas never contacted
This has been a HUGE waaste of my time waiting for phone calls...I will be going elsewhere for service

The initial installment of our water treatment device was done very sloppy with exposed wires, crooked towers, and the water runoff placed against the houseThe manager of the company was very apologetic and in a couple days we had a new technician out to do a complete reinstallIt looks fantastic now! The wires and drain is hidden and he even brought covers for the computersVery happy that they could correct this with no hasslesThe only reason for stars now is that we are still awaiting our living products delivery

A contract was signed back in 7/26/(See Attached contract) between myself ***, ex-owner of ***, Orlando, FL 32837, and Corry, a technician and a salesman from Florida Energy Water & Air, incknown as "RainSoft" The contract stipulates that I agreed to pay $to change the old system with the contingency that RainSoft will disconnect and reconnect the system at the time of moving to the new purchased property located at*** Orlando, FL The contract is valid for years with a lifetime warranty of the system When I was moving from ***, I called RainSoft to come and disconnect the system which they did Now that I am asking to reconnect the system, Rainsoft team is giving us hard time to come and install it in the new purchased property located at ***
