We were promised a rebate never received, and after numerous attempts to the office to get our final inspection done, hasn't happened

I have have a rain soft system in my home for over five years and their service technician, Zeek, Is extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthyI previously had another rain soft technician in my home , however Zeek is by far their best technician!

The initial installment of our water treatment device was done very sloppy with exposed wires, crooked towers, and the water runoff placed against the houseThe manager of the company was very apologetic and in a couple days we had a new technician out to do a complete reinstallIt looks fantastic now! The wires and drain is hidden and he even brought covers for the computersVery happy that they could correct this with no hasslesThe only reason for stars now is that we are still awaiting our living products delivery

I have been dealing with them for over years and have always had great serviceThey are a great place to deal with as a one stop shop for all of your water, solar, air conditioning, and insulation needsI have always had courteous sales and service from them for all these yearsI would highly recommend them

Abysmally poor customer service!
On 5-24-I had my annual water system service that included a yr service to change the filtration mediumThe day was terribly storm, and, in my opinion, should have been rescheduledHowever, the tech arrived anyway, and after he was finished said "it would have gone quicker, but I didn't have a funnel with me, so I had to re-load the medium by hand
As they charge by the hour, this affected my bill in a negative way! I started calling about this issue on 6/19, and have called them x to date, I have received one missed call at the end of 6/I called again 2x on 6/and was assured it would be contacted by 1:30PMWas never contacted
This has been a HUGE waaste of my time waiting for phone calls...I will be going elsewhere for service

This company Install a Solar Water Heater with out Volusia County Permit, Damage our new metal roof, Installation done incorrectly , respond to our calls; answer machine, give a message, never any response, promises to correct issue, never doneRoof company can't warranty the roof due to the damage done by Florida Energy Water & Air, that is an impediment to have our Electrical Bill reduce and the possibility of claim our credit to the IRS for the clean environmental product use on both the roof and the solar water Heater

Foul rotten egg odor in all water (especially cold)within months of installationMultiple service agents came, but problem persists
Water softener was installed, less than months later my water started smelling like rotten eggs Scheduled service tech to come out, he came and 'fixed' the problem, but it returned When I called, the scheduler stated that once we 'bought it' it is ours and we cannot return the product even if it is defected (this was less than months after purchase!)Called and had another tech come out, he came and 'flushed' the pipes, odor went away for about days and returnedhad service managers come and both 'fixed' the problem temporarily (the foul odor keeps coming back)I was told I need a new water heater, (called my plumber and paid a lot of money for him to tell me, my water heater is fine but he replaced my anode rod with one that is compatible with water softeners...The odor still persists)My plumber stated,"if the problem was the water h

Faulty equipment and bad customer serviceMonths of issues with system and no reimbursement for me missing work and incurring cost
On November 15th, I purchased a Lennox air conditioner from FEWAIt took several attempts before it was properly installed on 11/30/Then they had to come back and finish strapping it down on 12/8/and my air filter was not delivered until 1/15/The unit worked ok for a little while then on 6/23/it stopped workingThey sent out a worker to look at it and all he did was pour vinegar down the pipe and then said it was going to be $185.00, I told him that it was under warranty and he said that he could take $I paid him because I thought that this was how it was but later found out that it was not and was reimbursed by the companyOn 6/30/the machine stopped working again and I called and they sent someone outthey said that it was the thermostat and would have to come back to replace it and that still is yet to happen

Just had system installed today but already the water tastes much betterNo more odorI've always used bottled water, will no longer have to do soThe sales person took his time and was very thorough and took his time explaining the systemThe installer, Christian, was very personable, took his time and did s neat and clean jobNo mess was left behind
