We bought a Rainsoft water treatment system Florida Energy Water and Air was the installing company Our installer was Devontay D*** He was on time, very professional and did an excellent jobOur installation was not an easy one and the results exceeded our expectations We are very pleased with his work

The price of the item plus out of pocket expenses annually are higher than what I was originally told
I purchased the system mths ago for approx4K which I found out after is significantly overpriced I was told that I had a one year warranty on parts and labor and a lifetime warranty on parts The labor charge after the one year would be $per half hourMy only other out of pocket cost would be the salt for the system on top of my monthly finance amount which is per month Within the first year a part had to be replaced I then found out that there is an annual repair they do to the system that is out of pocket I take care of replacing the salt but I find that every year the system starts to put out hard water and I have to pay out of pocket to have a tech come diagnose because the system although it is electric does not have a diagnostic feature I again feel the water very hard and I was never given the years worth of test strips which are listed in the ma

I hired this company to remove and reinstall my solar panels, because I replaced my roof
The reinstall was so awful it was almost laughableIt looks like they tossed them up there and walked offThe panels are loose and crooked and it is leaking a tremendous amount of water all over my new roofGallons and gallons of water per minuteThe panels are pipes are sliding down off my roofI have never seen any job done more unprofessionalI have had to bypass the panels rendering them useless
