The water conditioner installer was a pleasant individual who came to install my condition and was very concern in my viewpoint of the location of my property of where I would want to install the equipment while giving me tips of a better location and whyAfter the installation, he showed how to use the equipment, gave me tips of what to look for, and made some helpful suggestions on the benefits of having this equipment

I would just like to complement Florida water and energy specifically Jean who is a member of their staffHe came to my house and worked on an electrical system that was giving us problemsHe was very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service orientedWhen I commented on what a great job he did he replied with "he tries to treat every home like it's his own and what kind of job he would want if he was a homeowner." Sean W completed the annual service on my unit He was polite, called when he was on his way as requested and even tested my water before leaving, which I know they are supposed to, but last guy didn't so I'm glad I got Sean this year!

The company is charging me for a service in which the did not inform me of the fee prior to the work being completed
This company contacted me in December regarding a regular service for my water treatment/softener deviceThere was no mention of a fee for the service, and previous services have been free and covered by warrantyI had to cancel the appointment and reschedule, still no mention of a fee by the companyOn the day of the actual rescheduled service (1/3/18) I was at work and my partner was at the house where the device is locatedIn the morning, the service technician called me to tell me he would be at the house between 1pm and 3pm, still no mention of a feeI received a text message from my partner around 2:08pm and saw it at 2:30ish pm (as I was at work) that asked if I had left a check or some form of payment for the serviceI called the company and complained about the request for money as I had not been informed of any feeThey asked me to call the technician
