However, please be advised that after I received notification that the issue had been resolved, I still received a bill for early termination fee. I immediately called, and spent another few hours being switched from agent to agent explaining the situation again. I was finally told to disregard bill and received another phone call saying the issue was resolved. I am still waiting to see if I receive another bill or if the issue has TRULY been resolved.
