We are sorry that CD is unhappy with the testing provided.  CD set up testing for paternity and paid for this testing online, then presented us with samples for a much more labor intensive test, known as a sibling-ship study.  The time-frame for this test is  advertised as 5 working...

days and this is the time-frame the test was completed in.  The total paid for this testing to date is $110.  Before beginning testing the client was advised via telephone that the total cost for a sibling-ship study was $199.Best Regards,DDC Client Services

We are sorry that Ms. [redacted] has encountered this issue, our NIPP testing itself does take 5-7 business days to complete and our FAQ does state 5-7 business days, however another section of our site does state 5 business days only.  We will generally finish testing in the 5 working day time...

tests under the email address [redacted], one DNA Origins test and one Maternal Lineage test.For Linda’s results page, the DNA Origins test link ("Download Your Certificate") is at the top of the page, and the Maternal lineage test link ("Download Personalized Certificate") is toward the bottom of the page. The test results should be in a different format and provide different information.There are three tests under the email address [redacted]one DNA Origins test , one Maternal Lineage test and one Paternal Lineage.For [redacted]’s results page, the DNA Origins test link ("Download Your Certificate") is at the top of the page, there will be two Lineage test links ("Download Personalized Certificate") toward the bottom of the page.   You will see separate “Maternal Lineage Results” and “Paternal Lineage Results” headers above the test links. After looking over the results we also conclude they are different and individualized by bar code and donor specific.  Thank you,Dania

We are very sorry that [redacted] is not satisfied with her testing.  We have spoken to her on several occasions and responded to every query.  In regards to our testing, sample reporting is provided on our website and as well as with our advertisements, so unfortunately claims that...

the testing is falsely represented are untrue.  As testing was completed and results were released and viewed we cannot refund fees paid.  Our website does offer similar information as we would offer via email or telephone due to the fact that this information is consistent.  We cannot provide a refund based on our similarity to any other product as we have been testing longer than the other companies cited.  We again apologize for her dis-satisfaction however, [redacted] performed all testing as we were contracted to do. Best Regards,ABD Client Services

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The company did not address how the mislead a customer into thinking that the booklet is personal nor do they resolve the matter that the information I received was false.  I was told they could not test for native American heritage.  So again I do have that Heritage in my DNA so there is no possibility that I could be 32% Asian and 68$ European because some % makes up for being Native American.  I did not get what I paid for and should expect a full refund not 50% because my husband too is upset and does not see how he can be 4% African not on person in his family can explain that.After getting these results I looked up a lot of reviews and cannot find a single positive review.  Others post they did a test somewhere else and got very different results.  I do not feel this company is practicing ethical habits and are falsifying results.  I know mine are most definitely false.  They also need to clearly state the booklet is not about "your" DNA but just a random booklet and again they DO NOT SAY THAT.  I basically paid for nothing and want all my money back as I still need to use another company so I can actually get my true DNA and the countries that make up my DNA which is what I was lead to believe the booklet would tell me.
