We are very sorry that *** *** is continuing to experience issues with his reporting. We have verified that an email was sent and that his credentials are valid on our site to view his report. We have logged in with his credentials at this point. We are very happy to send his report via 2nd day air at no charge to an address of his choosing. Please just advise us of this address. We also will extend a refund offer of $as a courtesy due to the difficulty *** *** has experienced. However everything is in working order in regards to reporting online. The DNA company stated in their response that an e-mail was sent out in error advising test results were completedFurther, they sent me an e-mail advising same and that it may have been deletedThe DNA company never sent me an e-mail advising of the error until after I filed a complaint with your officeIt seems a bit funny their e-mail was sent after I filed this complaint, only after it was filedSecondly, they have not responded to the issue of ignoring my e-mails to customer support and failing to respond to my e-mailsThis is a poor customer service for a product and service that has been purchasedI have only received a partial responseNo response was ever given on the ignoring my requests for assistanceI would like the DNA service to be completed and results e-mailed to meFor all of this trouble I would like the entire purchase price of ($97.00) be refunded and credited to my account

We are very sorry that *** did not receive her collection kit. It was shipped on 11/via USPS, so with the 7-days USPS advises mail can take, it very well could be in transit as we speak. We are more than happy to submit another collection kit Since she paid a third party vendor
we do not have her credit card on file to refund her purchase price. So we will need to submit this refund via check to her mailing address. This will need to be confirmed by her however before we can issue this refund check. Best Regards,ABD Client Services

We cannot apologize enough for Ms*** dis-satisfaction. We however have no reason nor inclination to lie in regards to this matter. Our records quite clearly indicate we spoke with the other tested party on Thursday March 3rd, at 11:am EST. This other party (not Ms***), paid a deposit of $on 3/3, then made another payment of $on 3/4. We have records to prove this. This test was most certainly setup and paid for by another party, it appears that someone paid the remaining balance on Ms*** behalf on 3/15. We did not have preliminary discussions regarding this test with Ms***, they were clearly with the other tested party, and if we did speak to her, those phone calls were unrelated and not made known to us when setting up the actual testing with the other tested party. In light of all of this we have still chosen to perform an additional test at a 75% discount, this offer is still available to Ms*** if she would like. Best Regards,DDC Client Services

We again are sorry that Julian is unhappy with this report. To reiterate, our reports are available for viewing on our website before purchase of testing. In this instance we received samples and performed testing, we then issued a report, and serviced this report after the close of the test. The test itself is accurate and the science is sound. We are unable to locate an issue, as we can view these reports. We apologize for any issues that Mr*** is having in viewing them from his standpoint. The only way we can troubleshoot the to determine if he is having some type of browser issue or if there is an issue on our side of testing is for Mr*** to provide us with his login information. We are happy to extend a partial refund for the difficulties Mr*** is experiencing, however until we determine where the issues are stemming by obtaining this information we will be unable to assist further. However we are current on all of our responses and also do not feel that our advertising is as we even provide a copy of our report on our website for viewing before purchase.
