I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The information received from DDC is not helpful and does not resolve the problem. Their response states that they sent an email on or about 12/22/which should have stated that the results are ready and how to retrieve the results. I checked my inbox, spam and trash folders and I have no email from DDC. Today, 12/26/17, I tried logging on to their results login page (https://dnacenter.com/results-login/) and my login credentials were not recognized. I also tried logging in with the "forgot my password" option and my email address was not recognized.DDC needs to send me an actual "results are ready" email containing info on how to retrieve the results report from their website; or better yet, refund my $because they did not complete the testing and/or results.Also, they state that they received my samples on 12/which is about weeks after I mailed them. That also is very suspect. I contacted their Client Service department numerous times and I have never received any response of any kind

We take the expediency of our testing very seriously and do everything in our power to ensure reports are released on time or earlier. The accuracy of our testing is however, is the most important aspect of our services. Once again, the significant delay of the results has caused an immense amount of emotional distress. What was promised as a 7-10 day process, start to finish, resulted in four weeks. This time significantly delayed the ability to create an effective birth plan. As a prenatal procedure regarding human life, I am sure the company is aware of the significance of the time sensitivity and high priority this test holds. The samples were initially taken 19 weeks into the pregnancy, well within the 9 week requirement the company claims they can retrieve a sufficient amount of fetal DNA. Records from the telephone service provider can support the 20+ phone calls and accumulated four hours of call times placed to the company seeking answers. Bank statements can be provided reflecting the initial $800 deposit and subsequent monthly payments to pay off the balance owed.  The staff held little to no sense of urgency when scheduling, and rescheduling appointments after discrepancies were made on the company end. Further, wait times exceeded 15 minutes and I was often disconnected during the many call transfers. As a consumer, it was extremely frustrating to wait for such time sensitive results, affecting  numerous other people, encountering insensitivity and inability to provide helpful information. I am seeking a full refund, as I believe this is an appropriate action due to the trouble encountered and the company making guarantees they could not uphold.

I have not received the check yet.  They were going to overnight it to me as of yesterday so I am waiting for the end of the business day.  When I have received the check I will let you know right away.  Then I will consider the case closed.  So in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me once the check actually gets to me.

Revdex.com:MY complain to them was: my results tell me I am 88% European.in this test Europe includes the middle eat, the Arabian peninsula and India. It might as well have told me I am from the northern hemisphere. Results are useless.Their response in one of he emails was: The European population group includes Europeans, Middle Easterners, and South Asians.This is true. SO that does the american population. It does not mean my origins are from America. I still want a full refund.

The response did not give any information that was not previously covered in the emails, in fact, I thought it was an exact copy of emails I have received before. The manual does not give any more information than what is displayed at the results page. I expect to receive messages that have not been prewritten and that address my situation directly.

I was told by the DDC representative that the $110 would cover the remaining cost of the test. Instead of calling me to clear up this matter, DDC has further violated their promised timeline. I want a full refund now since my timeline has been violated. I desperately needed the results in the PROMISED TIMEFRAME.
