We are sorry that Ms [redacted] is unhappy with the testing she purchased Ancestrybydna has been operating for over a decade and in no way mis-represent our laboratory as any otherIn regards to response from our Client Service team, our goal is to respond to all inquiries on ancestrybydna.com within two business days, and we have a 100% success rate in this We have searched all of our records for any correspondence from Ms [redacted] , and have found none Barring some type of technological error, no emails were received Ms [redacted] has one test waiting online to be viewed online, and one test currently in progress We would ask as a courtesy for Ms [redacted] to provide us with copies of the e-mails sent to ancestrybydna.com to assist us in reviewing any errors that may have occurred during her attempts to contact us Upon receipt of these emails we would be happy to provide a 50% refund based on her dis-satisfaction with her purchase, but will be unable to process a complete refund as one test is complete and one test is in progress.Best Regards,ABD Client Service

Hello, The Groupon presentation for our DNA Origins test states "the breakdown is based on four percentage groups: indigenous American, European–South Asian, East Asian, and sub-Saharan AfricanThe analysis also comes with a manual explaining the process and human migration history.” The Groupon presentation also includes access to our web site, which includes additional information including sample reporting Our company does not perform DNA testing to verify Native American tribal linage through ancestry We do test for Indigenous AmericanThis population group is composed of people who migrated to inhabit North, Central and South America On the web site results page, the DNA Origins test link ("Download Your Certificate") is at the top of the page, and the Maternal lineage test link ("Download Personalized Certificate") is toward the bottom of the pageThe test results should be in a different format and provide different information Each test is ran twice for accuracy We stand behind our testing, however we can offer you a DNA Origins test at no cost if you would like to retake the testThank you Thank you

We strive to ensure that every client that chooses DDC has a positive lab experience In this instance [redacted] scheduled a dna test to be performed and agreed to pay a deposit, of $775, and for an additional $to be charged to her card monthly until her balance was paid in full [redacted] scheduled an appointment and failed to attend this appointment or notify DDC of her impending absence We have not heard from [redacted] or received a request from her to cancel this test We are more than happy to accommodate this, we are happy to refund all but $150, which is the fee's we spent on paying our local collection affiliate for holding the appointment and shipping the collection kit

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is acceptable to meHowever, I have never received an email or better yet a phone call from DDC The only responses that I received have been through using the Revdex.com serviceI was able to download the DNA results from the DDC website by using the password that they provided in their last response to Revdex.com Also, the DDC website is flawed Their 'Results Login' tab asks for a "User ID or Email address" in order to access the DNA results, but it should say "Reference Number or Email Address" Entering my reference number worked, I was never given a User ID.Best regards, [redacted] ***

We have located Mr [redacted] test that was purchased at a retail store and processed through our lab However we can find no record of a test in which he came into one of our facilities for a professional, witnessed collection All testing purchased through a retail store is collected at home by the client and no actual proof of collection is required, so as a laboratory we test the samples we receive If Mr [redacted] would like to provide the case number on his professionally collected test we would be more than happy to perform a lab reviewBest Regards,DDC Client Services
