I also received a letter and called the number attached to receive more information When I called in the first time I was routed to a representative and couldn't help but to mention how strange it was that the name of the company isn't on the letter Upon hearing this I was immediately hung up on I called back but the next agent was pushy and didn't want to give me any information on the company I had them send the link to my email and the bottom has a Revdex.com seal yet they are not registered All of the positive comments on here read like an infomercial I don't feel comfortable utilizing this service Just a heads up

A full refund has been issue to the client on 10/11/On multiple occasions we did contact the client to request additional paperwork to complete the processWe do initially process a temporary forbearance until the process is complete once we have the necessary documentation

I originally was skeptical with this service but once I heard directly from the department of education about the consolidation I was very pleased and very happy I went with document prep centerMy payments went from $to $I mean I can't thank them enoughYou hear there's a lot of scams about student loans but I'm glad I found the one that was legit

I feel like a fairly bright personI researched student loan consolidation for myself thinking I could do itI found out very quickly how difficult it is to try to navigate through all the government programs and what makes them helpful
Even my own student loan servicing company didn't tell me about this programI could of handled this a long time ago and saved so much money but all they saw in me was money

Do not hire this company, I hired this company to do the consolidation of my student loansI ended up doing all the workThey said they would compensate me for my time because I had to correct issues that I hired them to doPhone call after phone call and a yes sir we will give you a partial refund , when all is said and done the story has changed

For anyone looking to consolidate your student loans, only do it through the Departmemt of EducationIt is free
I got a letter in the mail from a company offering to consolidate my loans and although I knew the company was a 'paper' processing company, they promised me something and didn't deliverThey made it easy for me to consolidate and that's why I went through with itAnd I paid them for it
I've learned that you do not have to pay anything extra to consolidate your loans and you can call DOE directly for free to do soI kind of already knew this...but I took a chance with the company anyway and now regret it
This company also goes by the name of Certified Documemt Center
Fool me once...you know the rest

I got a letter in the mail stating I could possibly get my loans forgiven so when I called initially I wasn't exactly sure what to expectI spoke to an agent named "***" he told me that these were Government programs so I decided to see what they had to sayFirst and foremost I was able to bring my payment from $to $which is absolutely amazingThe process was a bit slow after I enrolled and I was initially worried I got scammed but they not only kept the lines of communication open for me they ultimately followed through with what they promised because I just received the letter from the DOE stating my consolidation has been completed and it gives me great joy to be able to say thisThis has literally saved me thousands upon thousands so I wish I could do more than just write a silly review on here but this will have to do
