Good Afternoon Mrs.[redacted],
I am contacting you in regards to complaint ID [redacted].
I never heard back from the company regarding my refund of $899.00.
I reached out to them today, where I got the whole run around. I spoke with the representative [redacted], who said she will not issue my refund without the name of the representative from their company that approve the refund through the Revdex.com.
I even went to the extent of of faxing over a copy of the response Doccuprep sent to the Revdex.com regard my complaint to [redacted]. She denied have received the fax, yet I have a completed transmission page saying the fax was sent.
She then made the excuse that they've been have trouble with there fax machine. (Yet another sense of their negligence)
I offered to the complaint ID to her which she refused.
All I need is my refund of $899 which they agreed to honor. I am pregnant with my first child I can't expose myself to anymore stress.
I'm sorry for having closed the ticket before. That action was done in error.
Thank you,
[redacted]-[redacted].

We are attempting to contact this client regarding their consolidation. The process can take 45-60 days to complete, and the client was told this when she initially contacted us, as well as when she followed up on the process. This is the most frustrating company to deal with. I decided to use them for loan consolidation as they are a convenient and efficient way to get the consolidation taken care of. However, after providing them with a credit card they claimed they "ran" the card and it returned a NSF code. They contacted me and I provided a second credit card. Again, they claimed they"ran" the card and received the same NSF code. However, on the day they told me they received the code, I used my credit card with no issues. Now I need to provide bank information. They need to figure out how to "run" credit cards and stop delaying the consolidation process. It is extremely frustrating when I look on my credit card account online and see no such NSF issues yet they claim to have received those codes. It feels to me like they NEVER ran the cards, because, if they did, it would have gone through. And if a NSF code was created, I would have been notified.

I got a letter in the mail on the 15th of October 2015 from a "consumer advocacy group" with information about "NEW FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN LAW BENEFITS" and "EASY QUALIFICATION PROCESS" There were lists of all sorts of wonderful things like lower monthly payments, stop garnishment, forgiveness programs, bring loans in default to good standing, lower interest rates, no minimum or maximum loan balance, and money back assurance... The way this paper is formatted it looks very official. I called and spoke with "Ryan" who just wanted to make sure that I wasn't overlooking any sort of loan forgiveness plan, reduced interest rates or lower/non monthly payments due. During registration time and login I asked "Ryan" how his company or organization obtained the funds necessary to provide this service to people. He explained to me that there may be fees involved in some instances, he then had me sign in to fafsa and create an account. This seemed ok because I have obviously done this before for school. Then he asked for my email address and immediately sent me an email with a link that said "Retrieve loans for [Customer Name]" I was mostly alarmed when my email server sent me a notification highlighted in red that stated: "This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be." I asked "Ryan" why his form of communication would trigger such an alert and he said he would not know. He then asked me again to click on the link. I asked him if he could just tell me what the ip address was and I would manually type it in at a public computer like a library. He said it would not work that way because the link was set up directly for me. This was immediately suspicious for me, which is when I looked the company up. First of all it is not listed on the stamped mail that I received, which made me more suspicious so I had to use his email address to do a google search. Upon doing a google search I found a few reviews on the Revdex.com website. I think that there should be more reviews for this business to further inform people to make a more clear decision about how much information they easily share with outside sources who are not even willing to put their company name on their correspondence. I hope this helps someone as the previous review helped me. I think, when the time comes, I will contact the federal government on my own about any sort of programs that I might qualify for - in the meantime I do not need any added fees or issues with my credit or identity being manipulated or stolen from anyone, so I will pass.

Was afraid at first to be giving personal information over the phone but am glad in doing so because I have been overpaying my student loans for 3 years now and DocuPrep saved me 36,000 dollars. Highly recommended

Any information provided during one of our free consultations is private and not shared at all. If the client does not want the services offered, then nothing is completed. We provide assistance with enrolling in Federal programs directly to those that need assistance.

I called them to help me with my student loans and they were able to help me consolidate my loans into the Graduated program. It is definitely appreciated and the adviser was pretty informative but the one complaint I have is they sometimes do not get back to you.
They saved me probably $50,000 though so epic thank you!!!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business as well as spoken to one of the managers via phone in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Information was given to me thoroughly so now there is an understanding between myself and the business. I do consider this complaint resolved.

First and foremost, when I received my final notice in the mail I was questioning why I haven't been notified prior. I spoke with a loan adviser from Docuprep and he informed me it said final notice because legislation can change at any given time and these subsidy programs do not last forever. I hung up the phone and called back to the same agent after I fact checked him. I've worked with other consolidation companies and they have all given me false information. That is the only reason I'm leaving a review, because Docuprep has never falsified information during my consolidation and didn't make me feel rushed.
