Having a great customer experience is something that can be rare in Florida Subsequent to a flood on the third floor of our town home, we needed to replace the carpet Dolphin Carpet and Tile provided exceptional service to us from the sales session all the way through installation Our salesperson/store manager was Dan He was terrific in taking us through the products, pointing out the warranties, and working with us to expedite this processHe made us feel like our business was important to him Our installation team led by Adolpho had the arduous task of carpeting the upstair bedrooms and four flights of stairs! They took their time and worked very cautiously and meticulously to make everything look perfect And there wasn't a single mark on the freshly painted baseboards that had been replaced There was appropriate follow up after the installation Again, this made us feel fortunate that we opted to go with the experience and customer service oriented culture of Dolphin We couldn't be more pleased with our decision

I have used Dolphin and Carpet twice for laminate flooring in my condo, the first interaction was with the Davie location and I could not have been happier with the outcomeThree months after the install, my place flooded and I headed over to the Pembroke Pines location for some assistance with replacing my floorRob was extremely helpful, he matched my laminate and baseboards and scheduled the install date quicklyThe service is top notch and Dolphin and Carpet stands behind their products and servicesI could not have been treated better and my new floors look fantasticThanks again, Rob!

My experience with Dolphin and Tile was excellent I used the store located at SW 133rd St, and my sales person was Robert C Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable The workers who delivered the carpet were polite, and did an excellent job laying the carpet All in all, it was a very satisfying experience
We had a wonderful experience with the staff at Dolphin in helping us design our new floor and coordinating the installation The installers went above and beyond our expectations The installation was perfect and they came back days later to finish a small section that could not be done during the original installation due to delays caused by the electrical contactor

We have been looking at replacing our carpet we purchased many years agoWe seen the ads for dolphin carpet and decided to take a look at what they had to offer We visited the Southwest Ranches location where we met MrG He greeted us with a warm welcome while introducing himselfWe told him what we were looking for and he showed us the products they hadAfter that he stepped away and allowed us to look around yet was right there to answer any questions we had We left the store after looking aroundWe visited other stores but ended up going back to dolphin carpet and tile We placed our order with the store manager who advised us Jeff was off the day we came backWe were treated just as great with him as we were with Jeff Our over all experience with dolphin carpet was Excellent
I had my dining room floor replaced from laminate to hardwood flooring, The end result is awesome The selection of flooring was extensive, the salesman very knowledgeable and helpful The installation only took a few hours and the installer was also helpful in putting my dining room back together Very professional job and the results show it
