I had a great experience with Dolphin Carpet & Tile Bentley was my sales associate and very helpful since I had an idea of what I wanted but needed some guidance based on my needs and budget The installers were great as well I had a lot of large bedroom furniture to be moved which I was concerned about but they handled everything very easily I had a lot going on while they were here and they were patient and extremely helpful and worked independently without having to be babysat This is my second time using these guys (first was in 2007) and if/when I need more flooring, I'd certainly plan to go back
My experience with Dolphin Carpet was excellent starting with Wes the sales person The installation guys were also excellent they moved furniture and placed it back in place They were very professional and hard workers I would recomment Dolphin to my friends since my experience was so great Sometimes you get workers that are lazy and don't seem to care about your personal items and that was not the case
I own condo in Coral gables but I live in different state [redacted] and his team worked with condo association, got all approval and installed carpet within time limit They are extremely professional and same price even if I was out of state customer and didn't see his products I recommend to any out of state customer who look for some flooring work and they will handle all work with piece of mind

I visited Dolphin Carpet and Tile last Saturday to find the perfect carpet for our master bedroomI entered the store and I was greeted and assisted right away by [redacted] He was able to narrow down my search immediately by asking questions and showing me samplesI greatly appreciated his advice and expertise, because this could have been overwhelmingI made my carpet selection and then I tried out the different paddings under the sample before choosing one [redacted] wrote up the contract, came out to measure, and called on Monday to schedule the installation Wednesday morning the carpet men arrived and did a beautiful job installing our new carpetWe are very pleased and we would recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile to friends, family, and anyone wanting a great job!

My wife and I decided to replace the carpet in two rooms in our house We went to Dolphin Carpet & Tile on Oakland Park Blvdin Fort Lauderdale Store manager Dan Lowe was every knowledgeable and very helpful, steering us in the right direction in selecting the correct carpet for our needs Because of his expertise, we decided not to comparison shop at other stores and placed our order with Dan The installation was scheduled within a week and Altair (the installer) called us the day before the installation and said he would be at our house at 9:am the next morning As promised, Altair showed up on time and immediately began the installation process It was obvious, right away, that Altair was a master of his trade He was an efficient, orderly gentleman who took pains in properly installing the new carpet When he was finished (in a little over two hours) he cleaned up and removed all debris Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased with the results and with the experience we had with Dolphin Carpet & Tile
