I had a great experience with Dolphin Carpet & Tile. Bentley was my sales associate and very helpful since I had an idea of what I wanted but needed some guidance based on my needs and budget.
The installers were great as well. I had a lot of large bedroom furniture to be moved which I was concerned about but they handled everything very easily. I had a lot going on while they were here and they were patient and extremely helpful and worked independently without having to be babysat.
This is my second time using these guys (first was in 2007) and if/when I need more flooring, I'd certainly plan to go back.
Dealt with Vince the Manager, who did a great job reviewing various carpet - once selected the installation was scheduled, installer arrived on time - very neat - cleaned up when completed - vary satisfied with Dolphin Carpet and Tile.

I am so thankful that fate took me to Dolpin Carpet and to [redacted]. I was desperate to have carpet installed quickly and was not finding anyone who could help me in less than a week. I walked into Dolphin C&T was greeted by [redacted] who listened to what I needed when & why and then prceeded to move mountains to make things happen. In this age of "big box stores" it is good to know that there are businesses out there that will go that extra mile for their customers. The warehouse staff called to confirm they had my order and that I was scheduled for installation the next day. The installer kept me informed of his progress during the day and was quick and efficient installing my carpet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet. From sales to installation these people show that they truely care about their customer and provide good quality product and workmanship.
I can easily say that my experience with Dolphin Carpet & Tile was a positive one, [redacted] was kind and super patient In answering my numerous questions and changes that I made before I finalizied the deal to have my house tiled. The completed tiling job was neat and absolutely gorgeous. Also, I do have to compliment the tilers on the efficient and timely completion of the job.
Another great experience with Dolphin Carpet & TIle (they installed carpet in the Family room several years ago). The ordering was fast and simple, we chose the instal date and the installer showed up on time and did a wonderful. He removed the old carpet and put down the new laminate floor in ½day. Left the room very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend
