My name is [redacted]. I visited the Dolphin Carpet and Tile store in Davie Tuesday afternoon with a dear family friend, [redacted]. She was looking for bedroom carpet. Mr. [redacted] greeted us pleasantly.
[redacted], an elderly women, was treated with such respect and patience. I was very impressed. Mr. [redacted] arranged to visit [redacted] at her home the next day, Wednesday. I had planned to be present but was unable. [redacted] called me just after 4 pm to let me know all was fine and the visit and ordering of her new carpet couldn't have gone any better with Mr. [redacted] She was so relieved and happy with the whole experience thus far.
Thank you so much Mr. [redacted] for making [redacted] so comfortable and at ease. Apparently chivalry is alive and well at Dolphin Carpet. Going over and above is so appreciated and your kindness to this woman made her week. Excellent service. Delivery & Installation were scheduled rapidly and conveniently. Leo, the installer for our floor, was pleasant, answered any questions we had. worked very neatly and cleaned up after himself. The installation was done within the time frame expected.

Bentley was very friendly and helpful and had great customer service skills. The laminate we picked out was in stock and installed quickly. The installers also did a very quick and good job.
Another great experience with Dolphin Carpet & TIle (they installed carpet in the Family room several years ago). The ordering was fast and simple, we chose the instal date and the installer showed up on time and did a wonderful. He removed the old carpet and put down the new laminate floor in ½day. Left the room very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend
I am so thankful that fate took me to Dolpin Carpet and to [redacted]. I was desperate to have carpet installed quickly and was not finding anyone who could help me in less than a week. I walked into Dolphin C&T was greeted by [redacted] who listened to what I needed when & why and then prceeded to move mountains to make things happen. In this age of "big box stores" it is good to know that there are businesses out there that will go that extra mile for their customers. The warehouse staff called to confirm they had my order and that I was scheduled for installation the next day. The installer kept me informed of his progress during the day and was quick and efficient installing my carpet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet. From sales to installation these people show that they truely care about their customer and provide good quality product and workmanship.
I can easily say that my experience with Dolphin Carpet & Tile was a positive one, [redacted] was kind and super patient In answering my numerous questions and changes that I made before I finalizied the deal to have my house tiled. The completed tiling job was neat and absolutely gorgeous. Also, I do have to compliment the tilers on the efficient and timely completion of the job.
[redacted] was most knowledgeable about the flooring we needed and what we needed to order. His technicians were there on time and were professional and courteous. They did an incredible job and cleaned up after doing the job. I would highly recommend [redacted] from Dolphin Carpet in Coral Springs for any flooring job that you need done.
