My husband and I spent a considerable amount of time doing due diligence on carpeting, I went to Home Depot, Lowe's and several other carpeting stores, and had certainly seen your advertising, and when we came into your store our sales person Joel was informative and listened to our needs.
Maybe an hour later we felt we'd made a decision. Your price was better a better grade of carpet, and padding, and Joel knew how much we'd been quoted from other stores almost within a hundred dollars, just by looking at our square footage.
But, what I had no way of knowing was the carpet installers , you have found what I've found lacking in south Florida, customer service , I can't tell you how much they made your business something that I will pass [redacted] to everyone, they came in, and represented your company for an entire day with something that speaks so well for your business. They were amazing, they made the ordeal of getting everything out of the rooms doable, stuff like dust ruffles on a bed that I could get washed while they took the bed apart, they even made sure my dog had water when I had to put him outside.
I will never meet you, but that you have people like Bill representing your company, speaks well of your company, it goes well beyond your advertising dollars, and I am not being paid to make this endorsement, I've worked in customer service for the furniture installment industry for thirty years, and learned to appreciate that the people that meet the customers are what makes the real difference.
Dolphin Carpet and Tile, specifically the location at 8791 SW 133rd St, Miami FL 33176 was by far the best tile shopping experience I have had. This was largely due to their knowledgable, professional and frieny staff Vincent and Randy. In fact our salesperson Randy went above and beyond our expectations. From here on I will only buy tile from them.

The job was done professionally and workmanship was of the highest quality.[redacted] the manager was very forthcoming with the promise of getting the job done to my expectation. He was very diligent in working with me until I was satisfied with the final product. We used Dolphin Carpet and tile due to their excellent reputation.,They were reliable, knowledgeable sales person and competent installers.
My only concern is that we ended up with three unopened boxes of tile plus a few more. They refused to take back the unopen boxes. In my many years of experience, extra unopen boxes are always taken back for credit.
We have been looking at replacing our carpet we purchased many years ago. We seen the ads for dolphin carpet and decided to take a look at what they had to offer.
We visited the Southwest Ranches location where we met Mr. G.
He greeted us with a warm welcome while introducing himself. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the products they had. After that he stepped away and allowed us to look around yet was right there to answer any questions we had.
We left the store after looking around. We visited other stores but ended up going back to dolphin carpet and tile.
We placed our order with the store manager who advised us Jeff was off the day we came back. We were treated just as great with him as we were with Jeff.
Our over all experience with dolphin carpet was Excellent.
