Having a great customer experience is something that can be rare in Florida. Subsequent to a flood on the third floor of our town home, we needed to replace the carpet. Dolphin Carpet and Tile provided exceptional service to us from the sales session all the way through installation. Our salesperson/store manager was Dan. He was terrific in taking us through the products, pointing out the warranties, and working with us to expedite this process. He made us feel like our business was important to him. Our installation team led by Adolpho had the arduous task of carpeting the upstair bedrooms and four flights of stairs! They took their time and worked very cautiously and meticulously to make everything look perfect. And there wasn't a single mark on the freshly painted baseboards that had been replaced. There was appropriate follow up after the installation. Again, this made us feel fortunate that we opted to go with the experience and customer service oriented culture of Dolphin. He showed me all the different types of laminate and tile flooring and, once I had picked out a few I liked, took me through the ordering process. He was also patient with me when I kept changing my mind on the type of flooring and when the original date range for the job kept being pushed back for reasons beyond my control. Finally, after a delay of seven months, the flooring job was on. It took three days just to remove all the old flooring - two layers of it - and then another seven to put in the beautiful Onyx Sand tile with linen colored grout. A beautiful decorative accent serves to highlight the border of the sunken living room. The installer was exceptionally professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the result and do not hesitate to recommend Dolphin Carpet & Tile.
