Coach cancelled my order # [redacted] on February *, and said that they would refund the total of $back to me, but I reviewed my back statements today and still haven't received the refund! Please refund the $back to me ASAP!

I bought a Coach purse years ago from an outlet mallI only use this purse for maybe months out of the year as I switch my coach purses per seasonThe leather strap is frayed and pretty much coming apartI called the coach outlet in Concord, NC and I was told pretty much im out of luckWhy spend $on a purse if I cant expect it to last or at least fixed?

I placed an online order on 11/**/ It was marked as delivered by *** on 12/*/ The time that it was marked as delivered I was home*** never rang the doorbell and there was no package left anywhere around my homeI even went to six of my neighbors homes to see if they had received the package in error
I contacted *** who opened a claim for the missing packageI also notified Coach who said that they could not assist me until they knew the outcome of the claim*** came to my home and spoke to my father and asked him if he had received the package..he had notI contacted Coach who told me that since the item was marked as delivered they would not replace the item or refund my money and that they could no longer assist meI ordered these items as gifts and it's not fair that I am out over $due to Coach using an unreliable delivery service

I just had an awful experience with CoachTheir product and customer service are not the best and don't worse the money I bought a pair of coach shoes which I only put on couple of times (4) and the heel brokeI called customer service and a representative told me it is not granted to be fixed but I can send it for repair and try to see if it can be fixed I sent it and paid for shipmentA day later they sent me an email saying nothing can be doneWhen I called, the representative told me they don't repair footwear! I filed a compliant through Revdex.com in February and the issue was resolvedHowever, there are some discrepancies involving this issue, in which I would like to resolve with Coach before filing another complaintsThe issue was Coach refunded my money however the amount they refunded did not match the products I returnedI am requesting that Coach send me the detail itemized return so that I can double checkI took pictures of the receipt with all items I returnedCoach mailed me multiple checks but there were no itemized details of what was returned

I own at least Coach purses and buy to a year minimum The appeal of Coach purses has been the quality of the purse The purse that was sent for repair had abwear near the bottom folds on three of four sides This was after six months of minimal to use

I called customer service to clarify a sale going on, and was told (as advertised in the ad sent to me) that clearance items were 50% off the lowest ticketed price
I asked the salesperson if this was true, told her th price of as it showed on the screen, and she said yes - it is 50% off that price
