I would first like to say that I have been a devoted customer of yours for years, but I was greatly upset with one of the last products that I purchased from you
My husband purchased a handbag from the Coach store for meIt came with straps that could be attached for use as a shoulder bagI attached the shoulder straps and within a week or two, the material on the corner began to peel in a very noticeable fashion
I went to a local Coach store to see if the handbag could be repairedI was told that it would not be worth sending in for repair and the bag was replacedHowever, within a few days, I began to have trouble in the same spotThe material on the corners of the bag began peeling again with this new bagThe material has now completely worn off in the corners and is very noticeable

I placed an Order with Coach for two bags and the bags were delivered separately and I only received one of the tow bags I called Coach's Customer Care and was informed that they do not give refunds for items not received they would only send a replacement bag that would NOT be allowed to be returned or exchanged I explained to this gentleman that the bag was a birthday gift that has since passed because the order was placed almost a month ago Also, I said what if the bag is received and I don't like it because you cant be 100% sure when ordering an item online They totally refused to give me a refund and pretty much did not care that I would be out the $ Very unprofessional, especially for a designer brand like Coach

orders made on *** were cancelled by merchantBut the refund wasn't reversed back to the gift cards I used, as most merchants would usually do, instead, new gift cards were issued and sent as *** package to the shipping address, not to my billing address, where I can receive the refundThe shipping addresses are those of my gift recipients, they are not supposed to receive a gift card
This practice is beyond my understanding as it's different to other merchants would do in case of refund
And it's also causing me a lot of trouble, since the shipping address turned out to be incorrect and the refunded gift cards in total of $orders were going to total strangers
I was also told by coach customer services that those packages to the wrong address can't be intercepted and there is nothing they can do
I also asked those gift cards be voided and new cards be shipped to my correct addressAnd no response was given to that request

I recently bought a few pairs of the Larissa Heel from CoachI've been wearing the chalk color for a few days now without issueRecently, the shipment in the black color arrivedI just put these heels on this morning right before I was about to get on the train and ended up falling down the staircase in the train stationWhen I finally got up I looked at the heel and realized the heel is detached with a gap and the screws are exposed (what would properly connect the heel); I've never fallen down a staircase in my life and I'm only years oldI have pictures for reference of both my bruised knees and legs and the heel if that would be helpfulI'm actually very fond of the shoes but wonder if I possibly received a defective pair? I reached out to customer service who told me I should pay to mail back the shoes insured for inspection; I thought that was a disgraceful response to my issue
