We had an electrical problem which occurred right after we switched the *** power to our name We called *** who assured us the power was turned on and we needed an electrician We called George Brazil and they were quick to respond Thomas checked the electrical panel and found that no power was coming from the meter He assisted us with the call to *** and spoke with them about what he had found *** said the power had been remotely turned off by mistake and after about minutes of conversation they remotely turned it back on The service call fee was very reasonable and we were happy with the service
