All three departments of George Brazil are AMAZING! During the last years I have had them handle projects on my home and they have been extremely professional and have always gone above and beyond!
We have used George Brazil services for ten years Today we had a plumbing issue, and Walter Fwas the employee sent to solve the problem Walter was very professional, knowledgable, personable, and explained everything so we could understand it Walter was by far the best representative for all the George Brazil Company would want every employee to exhibit We have had some great representatives, but Walter Fwas the very best
Our hot water heater sprung a leak in the early morning hours and I called George Brazil Plumbing based upon the TV ads that I have seen When I called and relayed my need for a plumber they were very efficient in getting someone and the proper hot water heater to my home The technician was very schooled in his profession and kind enough to answer any of my questions and explain what he was doing and why he was doing things
I had power put into my home for an electric range by technician/electrician John E very impressed with his knowledge and workmanshipminimal disruption to my home and very good clean upthank you
good job, really pro, however, the job price was exorbitant, took him 1/hr, which works out to $hrThe invoice provided NO breakdown of parts vs labor, so you are at the total mercy of the tech
Will never use again
I cannot believe the level of gracious customer service displayed by Elijah O with George BrazilOur whole house lost power and it was determined to be the breaker, which needed to be completely replacedHe explained in a way we could understand what was wrong, and showed us our optionsWe didn't go with the most expensive choice, and he didn't hassle us on itHe made us feel confident in the choice we made and explained perfectly how it would resolve our challengeHe was here for nearly hours but always had a smile on his face, and worked hard and efficiently to fix the problemI'll never need to call anyone else out there, because Elijah and George Brazil really can fix it all!
I didn't like the fact that they do not give you an idea or a block of time ( like from 7am to 11am)
instead you have to wait on them anywhere from 7am to 7pmThe first thing when this guy set foot in the house he started the sales pitchI just wanted my hot water flushedI had gone through the sales pitch over the phone with the first contact (Bill) when I called to find out how much the job would costThen when I told him I had heard it already, he continued to try to convince me to get a 3yr or a lifetime contractThen he wanted to get my permission to go through my whole house to check for plumbing or electrical issuesThis is way too intrusive and noseyFor all I know he could be casing the joint!!!!!! I told him NO! I just want my hot water heater flushedabout minutes later he came in and tried to show me and tell me that I needed to replace the anode something or other because it would extend the life of the hot water heaterTOO MANY HIGH PRESSURE TACTICSWHEN HE WAS DONE I HAD TO SIGN SOMETHING THAT SAID I WAS SATISFIED! How should I know if I was satisfied before a I could evaluate if the thing was working properly or not? I know that other companies are also high pressure especially if you are elderlyI think we are targeted and they try to intimidate us
and that we probably have the money in general when you live in a resort communityI am not convinced by all the "reviews"????
