We used George Brazil Plumbing and ElectricalI needed a plumber to come out and repair a hot water leak we had in the floor of our Master bathFernando was able to come over to our house earlier than we were expecting him, this was a pleasant surpriseHe was very professionalHe called out another gentleman by the name of Pat to scope out the hot water line path thru the slab of the houseThey were able to isolate the leaking pipe and rerun the hot water lineFernando ran into a number of issues but was able to work thru them He did an excellent jobHe also cleaned up after himselfI would use him again
The electrician, Barry, that was assigned to provide service was greatHe arrived timely and like all of their service people, came with foot covers and in uniformHe handed me his card at the door and introduced himselfHe was polite and explained the process of observing and diagnosing the problemHe was never impatient and made sure I understood what the process would be to fix it

He was very nice, not pushy, knowledgeable, did a great job and made sure everything worked properly and then cleaned up He also was really good at estimating the time it would take to complete the project Although, George Brazil is not the cheapest, I would recommend them - especially Zach, he did a really great job!!
I greatly appreciate the prompt response and courtesy of the serviceman, John He immediately went to work on the problem, fixed it and then gave me a thorough explanation on what he had to do and why I greatly appreciated this, it is nice to be talked across to, not down to He was a very polite and courteous young man and highly recommend him to everyone Thank you, John
