Fernando was the service provider for my water heaterHe was courteous and efficientI felt confident he knew what he was doingHe worked late finishing the new install so he offered to come back and look at my other units on another day to make sure they are in good working orderI did get the service contractI will be confidently using George Brazil for my future needs

My elderly parents had no heat on New Years Day and day afterThey called George Brazil to get it fixedTheir tech said they needed a new compressor and basically a new unitMy step dad is years oldI am sure the tech thought he had an easy saleFortunately, at the moment they were about to sign the contract for a NINE THOUSAND DOLLAR job, the man who originally put in their unit calledTHANK GODHe said do not sign contractHe came out to find that there was NO NEW UNIT NEEDED NOR COMPRESSOR and it just needed a good cleaningFor a $service fee, all was wellSo - why in the world did that tech try to rip off these elderly people? I can tell you I am beyond disgusted with your ethics
We haven't had any experience with the electrical division but are firm believers in the technicians that work in the plumbing areaGB installed all new water pipes under our mobile home and this time Daryl was here to install a water filtration systemOnce again the work was done quickly, on time, and neatDaryl was helpful, explaining what was to be done, cost and best way to goWe followed his advice with no regretsI really enjoy giving these good reviews just want readers to know that in no way am I affiliated with GB, I am merely a satisfied customer who appreciates good service and great workIf I were to make a suggestion to the 'higher-ups' it would be to have a 'help line' where people who know diddly squat about plumbing could call with a quick question and quick answerMaybe an email where the answer could be returned within hrs
Easter Sunday and I encountered an electrical problem Raul V*** was sent out and I was so impressed with his knowledge and personality I'm an elderly woman and handicapped and he was very respectful and friendly He fixed the problem, checked out everything with my electrical system and advised me of what needed to be done to update and upgrade I can't do it at this time, but when I can I will definitely ask for Raul to be my serviceman
I greatly appreciate the prompt response and courtesy of the serviceman, John He immediately went to work on the problem, fixed it and then gave me a thorough explanation on what he had to do and why I greatly appreciated this, it is nice to be talked across to, not down to He was a very polite and courteous young man and highly recommend him to everyone Thank you, John
