My elderly parents had no heat on New Years Day and day afterThey called George Brazil to get it fixedTheir tech said they needed a new compressor and basically a new unitMy step dad is years oldI am sure the tech thought he had an easy saleFortunately, at the moment they were about to sign the contract for a NINE THOUSAND DOLLAR job, the man who originally put in their unit calledTHANK GODHe said do not sign contractHe came out to find that there was NO NEW UNIT NEEDED NOR COMPRESSOR and it just needed a good cleaningFor a $service fee, all was wellSo - why in the world did that tech try to rip off these elderly people? I can tell you I am beyond disgusted with your ethics

Jack was awesome yesterday as he installed four faucets for us and also a Flow-Tech water treatment system Everything is working and nothing is leaking We love our new faucets Jack also fixed some of our plumbing that was falling apart so now we have peace of mind Great job Jack!!
Today I had my annual plumbing inspection and my technician came within the time frame, went through and checked all fixtures and diagnosed a situation requiring attention AND fixed the problem, and he also changed out my R/O filters as requested (although I supplied the replacements) He is very thorough, efficient, and friendlyIf you are seeking a plumbing tech who knows his 'stuff' and is good at what he does, then I recommend Jaime at George Brazil
Anees was friendly, did an excellent job and was very helpful in explaining the electrical problems and new work we had done We would want Anees to be our electrical technician any time we would need work done

Easter Sunday and I encountered an electrical problem Raul V*** was sent out and I was so impressed with his knowledge and personality I'm an elderly woman and handicapped and he was very respectful and friendly He fixed the problem, checked out everything with my electrical system and advised me of what needed to be done to update and upgrade I can't do it at this time, but when I can I will definitely ask for Raul to be my serviceman
Ernesto was very professional and knowledgeable, he arrived at our home quickly and tackled the matter promptly and with his expertise he was able to solve the issue The price of the service was comparable to competitors, and Ernesto did not try to up-sell or add on extra charges
