The George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services office staff responded quickly to my electrical problem with a smoke alarm The electrician was at my house within a couple of hours He diagnosed the problem and replaced the alarm Since it was time for my annual inspection, he suggested he perform it today

We e-mailed them to ask if they could service what we needed (after the bad rain storms our outdoor lighting went out)They responded almost immediately, set up an appointment for the technician to come out, and were advised, up-front, of what the service call charge would beBarry came out, in spite of the bad weather that day, assessed the problem, gave us the quote for repair, went & picked up the needed parts, came back and completed the repairBarry was extremely friendly and professional, came in with a mat & "booties" to cover his shoes to ensure our floors would not be soiled, and spent a lot of time with us explaining what happened and how to maintain our lighting in the future In addition to repairing the unit, he clearly went above & beyond to ensure that we understood the ongoing maintenance and gave us tips that were very helpful We love the service we received, and are very comfortable that if we encounter any other problem they will be resolved This was the epitome of customer serviceThank you Barry!!
