in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.I received a call from Stansell Drywall, a vendor of DR Horton. They stated they were sent a work order for the repairs at my home. They were actually an interior drywall company and they are not sure why they were contacted for my repairs. They stated that DR Horton should have contacted a siding company for the dormer, and a different company for the stone veneer work. Caulk is one item needed but there are other issues that need to be addressed as well. They would only be able to address the caulk needed for the exterior window but would not do any work to the stone veneer or get on the roof for the dormer deteriorated trim repairs. I have yet to hear from the garage door contractor. However, I was notified that it would be within 24 hours on Wednesday so they are not late to call as of yet.

We spoke to the homeowner prior to sending the plumber out to inspect the issue with his irrigation and stated that we would correct the issue if it was installation-related, otherwise it is not a warrantable item.  The plumber assessed the pipe and found that it blew out due to not being...

winterized or winterized correctly and was not related to installation. This information was given to the homeowner, and he was advised to contact a landscaping company that does irrigation so he can have this corrected.

I am writing in response your notification regarding [redacted]  We met with Ms. [redacted] and found the conditions of her concern were the result of needed home maintenance.  The homeowner rejected that.  As we still understand the conditions and findings have not change, we are willing to perform the necessary home maintenance to the stucco for our valued homeowner.  I have contacted Ms. [redacted] explained our offer, and she accepted.    Please contact me should you have any questions or concerns.   Thank you     [redacted] Warranty Manager
