While logging on to my credit union account to pay bills on a Sunday morningI noticed a debit in the check register from this company, I did not recognize the company so I flagged it for the credit union to reviewThey called me the next morning and said I would have to contact this company to inquire about what these charges were for and provided a phone number that they had found while researching my issue I called this company and they wanted my account number, I told them I didn't have an account with them and why were they debiting my checking account without my authorizationI gave them my name, my SSAN and they could not find any record of me in their system but still refused to return my moneyThey said they would call back after they "looked" into itNo return call so I called back and got another rude customer service rep who insinuated that it was I who was trying to scam them for money!! They wanted my bank statement so they could "look" into it, I told them all I h

Definitely they are running a scam They hold your payment that was sent prior to due date and then claim you owe a late fee I know it does not take days to receive mail from Gaand they claim they have not received my payment They will not let you talk to the manager either I would NEVER do business with them again

UCFS has had poor customer service every time I have called them on the phoneThey act like they have better things to do with their time then their jobI've sent in many payments but they never show up in the systemAfter making payments neither of them showed up against the balance

This company is a complete scamWhen I bought a puppy from the pet store they chose this company to finance her throughive now had them for years now and its been nothing but a hassleEvery time I call and try to make a payment, the line keeps ringingNo matter what tike of the day it isDue to their lack of customer service my payments are lateThen they tack on their late feesAbout a week after me calling relentlessly, they call my phone while im at work from all kinds of numbers to "collect a debt." When I try calling back, of course there is no answerIt just keeps ringing and ringingAnother time was whwn I actually did get a hold of them and the guy told me that since I was late on a payment that if I schedule that late payment and the next payment together that they would take off the late feesI agreed and he saod he was going to schedule themNext month I get a call from a woman from UCFS stating that I am months late on my paymentsI explain to her the situation in which the guy said he had them scheduledShe had the guys name on file that I dealt with and spoke to him about itHe then told her he must have forgotten to put them in the systemSo she comes back and tells me what he said and couldnt veleive it herselfI got charged the late fees and she apologized for his mistakes Every month it is one thing after another with themI even try paying on the websote but every time I try that the website is down!!!! I will be re financing through a REAL companyI am so sick and tired of dealing with this terrible businessI sure hope they fix things or people will be out of jobs when they go under

A lady named Rebeca with the "rainbow vacuum" came to my home to do a demoThe demo went well and we chose to enter into a "demo program" where we would do demos to keep the vacuum for freeAt the end, before I chose to go through with the program, I specifically asked her if we could be billed for the vacuum if we did not complete the demo within the daysShe said yes of course! We believed her, and as she was having me sign paper work, she stated all of this paper work is stuff I've already gone over with you, and pushed me to sign it quicklyA few days go by and she has me call the verification departmentI do and I tell them I want to be billed, not auto drafted from my accountWe have been waiting for a bill or honestly any information from this company, and received nothingYesterday, they auto drafted my account (after I confirmed with Rebecca and the finance company that we would be billed) and they over draft my accountMy husband kept attempting to call Rebecca'

I signed up with Kirby a few years ago and applied for creditHOWEVER, I returned the product and cancellation notice within hours and YOU still put this on my credit report???

I don't know what people are so up in arms at UCFS aboutThey're not Kirby, they just handle the financingIf you have issues with how the Kirby Company does its business (rightly so, considering how sleazy many Kirby salesmen are), you should be contacting your dealer or the Kirby company directlyOther than that, the finance company does its jobMy only personal complaint is that they don't notify you over returned payments for over days after the factBut that's more a problem with my bank than UCFSOther than that, they've been courteous, professional, and helpful and worked with me to make sure my bank's error didn't screw my credit

This company appears to hold payments I'm not sure if it's to collect more interest or not??? I have now made two payments that were held The first in the amount of $48.22, which finally "posted" after my bank contacted them The second payment in the amount of $was to "payoff" the balance This is the amount I received from my account on their company website I made the payoff on September 29, Today is October 10th...nothing has posted to my account, and I see more interest has accrued
I sent a message to the company on September 23rd and another on October 8th

Negative credit rating on my credit reportThey said it was due to a late paymentI have my account set up on autopay and have not been late in over a yearThen on the last payment I got a letter saying a negative credit report was sentI never received anything saying that I owed and that anything was lateHow can it be late when it is set up on autopayI immediately paid it off when I got sent the negative credit letter
