I bought a Kirby with the sales rep pushing really hardHis promise was that if I bought the Kirby at $1500, that I could pay it off early if I wantedThis was because I did not want to pay finance charges on the full $if I could get it paid off earlyFrom all of the other similar complaints I see, it looks like UCFS is saying that's not the type of loan we are being givenIf this is the case, then I will be opening a complaint on Kirby as wellThese are deceptive business practicesI feel tricked into paying for an extremely expensive vacuumIts goodbut not $good
The amount that showed on my credit report was a lot more than what I thought it should have been so I tried to go to their website to see my account and get a payoff amountI could not find a way to access my account from their websiteI searched for a good while before finding that I needed to have my account number I then spent another minutes trying to find the correct number to callI

I received product through ***The representative told me I had a certain time frame to turn it back in before I would be stuck within the contract and long behold it was a lieI asked for them to pick it up numerous of times and they said it wouldn't affect my credit because they didn't grab the nerchandise backSo I'm stuck with this payment and a product I don't wantAnd now my credit is being affectedHow do I dispute this

Predatory lending practicesEmployee would not leave my house and after asking times and threatening with the cops, the employee still continued to prey on meI sent the item back as it broke within two months and I never wanted it to begin with bucouldn't get the employee out of my house

On April 8th, 2016, two salesmen (Gene and Brent) from *** *** LLC, ***, FL came to my house under the pretense that they were offering a free air purifier (***) to promote their local businessThey ended up presenting a Ritello vacuum cleanerThey were in my house for over hours trying to sell me the vacuum cleanerTheir sales practice was aggressive and extremely high-pressuredThey convinced me that the vacuum cleaner was on sale because it was a Friday, throwing numerous different numbers as the price, from $to $1,They used United Consumer Financial Services to finance the vacuum cleaner with an usurious interest rate of 21.15%, well above the 18% allowed by the Florida StatutesUnder duress I agreed to purchase the Ritello (serial # ***)I was not made aware verbally that I ONLY HAD DAYS to return this productThe vacuum cleaner is a piece of overpriced garbage and I do not want itI have made two payments to UCFS, on time, as I do not

I bought the vacuum cleaner and they left me the sample they had taken to other houses they told me they would bring me back the brand new vacuum cleaner they never came back and I made three payments on the vacuum cleaner I had called the representative several times and they never had gotten back to me I finally gotten a phone call about a month ago and they told me that they would try to get back to me then three weeks later they finally called me back and told me that they would try to give me a new vacuum cleaner I told them know that I didn't want any at all because they had left me this other one and never got back to me and now they want to give me a nother vacuum a new one and I told them that I wanted my money back and one of them to come pick up this other vacuum cleaner and I just want a refund and I want out of it totallyI have nevere used the vacume they left it was covered in dust and had lord knows what germs in and on itI did not want it in my houseI explained

9/13/ Despite what UCFS, say as of 9/18/2017, UFCS, account reflects that I owe them $497.21, and amount due in Oct2017, is $ I have no
reason, to trust UCFS, other than The thief or the robber would take his fill and depart: the grape-gatherer would not strip every cluster from the vineBut the enemies of Edom would do worse than either of theseThey woul

I contacted for UCFS for the first time today out side of my return period! O way did I not trust my gut and come here before purchasing?!
Not Only is $add to my overall total but I literally had to hang up and try again to get better customer serviceStay away from United consumer Financial Services and Kirby Vacuum Cleaning systemGet a Shark!

We turned the product back in timely to cancel thought it was cancelled no correspondence after return and we paid a downpayment and two payments then we notice the company was reporting negative to the credit reporting agencies saying it was charge off loss of profit so we to contact the company to get the to delete the account off credit report or work out some type of settlement representative was rude and unprofessional when we called the company have received the compensation for the chargeoff and we was given two different amounts and we tried negotiate with rep and was refused even though we dont have product and we was deceived by this company from sale up til now

A Kirby salesperson came to my home on February 10, He was scheduled to do a demonstration, in my home on completing the carpet demonstration, I told him I liked the Kirby but it was too expensive for me, so he started wrapping up the equipment and he made a phone call and a representative from United Consumer Services asked to speak with me, She said that they were willing to charge me a total of $with payments of $a month starting the month of March, I had days to change my mind, I said you're cutting the price and they said yes because the item he would sell me would be the Demo-unit and he would leave it with me that dayI signed the contract for $and now because I missed a payment I saw on my credit report where they are charging me full price for a used item and I didn't sign that contract for that amountI contacted them and they said I was being charged for a brand new item, and they to tack on more money and that I couldn't prove other wise

My wife and I purchased a vacuum from a door to door salesman on January 31, The salesman was offering a Same As Cash option if paid off within months so we opted to go this route as apposed to paying the full amountThe total for the vacuum was $1800.00, which came to $after sales taxWe paid the same amount as a down payment $so we were financing $Per the agreement, UCFS was to start taking out monthly payments of $immediatelyOn February 14th we made a large payment of $to pay it down considerably and then let the monthly amounts come out for the restApparently, with the $payments, UCFS never did start taking out any monthly payments which this small amount never registered when I would look at my monthly credit card statements
Forward to February, when I get a letter from UCFS telling me they are in receipt of my payment which has pre-paid my account until 8/02/This letter is nearly a year after we made that

This is in regard to an complaint against United Consumer Financial Services this company reported a late payment on my credit report in April this loan was paid off in March but as I was unaware of their was an extra $that has been hanging around cause months before that they charged a fee of $to use a credit card for payment that I was unaware of so this company placed a day late payment on my credit over this $that I would have been more then happy to pay cause OMG it $3!!! so in April when I get an alert on my credit saying I was days late paying a bill I FREAKED OUT!! all my payments ARE %ON TIME NO MISSED PAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT!!!! so I am very mad about this!! I contacted United Consumer Financial to pay the $and fix this matter they agreed and told me they put it in dispute to fix the days late payment and have it removed from my credit and I waited for it to be fixed so here I am almost months later and a few phone calls to them and this is not

I payed my bill over the phone They keep harassing me with phone calls saying they never received itMy payment has cleared my bank

I initially was seduced into buying a Kirby vacuum, and decided to cancel the contract with UCFS It took the distributor days to pick up the vacuum I sent the cancellation paperwork to UCFS within the hrs to cancel the contractI followed up with UCFS and they indeed received the cancellation In a routine check of my credit, I discovered that UCFS reported to at least *** and *** that I was 30-days late and that I owed the over $dollars which is not the case

I purchased a Kirby Vacuum on 6/2/ There statements show I made a total of $in payments from Aug through April This amount includes a late payment of $ I have just mailed another check in the amount of $ The extra amounts should have been applied to principle and I should not owe as much at the finance company states I owe The payments I made have been applied to future due dates The contract is not clear using people speak that clearly explains this I have an individual from Fort Hood Consumer Affairs assisting me with typing this complaint

My father is an elderly, disabled veteran living on social securityHe has hepatic encephalopathy which causes confusionHe was approached by an in-home salesman and was coerced into signing a contract for a $vacuum!! I tried returning it through united consumer financial and was so rudely told "this is a legally binding contract and we could leave it outside or do whatever with it but we will still have to pay for it." I informed her that my father is currently in the hospital and could not make payments but it was still the same answerThis business is a scam! The vacuum doesn't even work properly and it is so heavy I could barely move itThis company is obviously taking advantage of peopleJust pick this vacuum up and take it off my dad's credit

I have attempted to get this matter resolved since 2/15/it is on going!! This is an issue with the contract not having the down payment on it (which was FINALLY returned to me on 5/4/by a *** *** Rep by the name of *** just before a payment would have come due) and the simple fact that the Notice Of Cancellation was signed on 2/16/and was returned via mail to *** *** *** *** *** Rd*** * *** **.in time This was all brought to the attention of *** *** and United Consumer Finance Services On 2/15/2016@ 9am,2/17/2016@1p,m., 3/31/at this point it has been weeks later and there was no refund and After speaking with Robert @ United Consumer Financial Services, who stated "the contract has been cancelled you are not obligated to pay us anything"On 4/01/Since I had heard not received anything stating my contract was cancelled; I called the finservagain spoke with Debbie @ 5:10pm she as well stated "the contract has been canc

This company runs a scam !!!!!!! Watch your scheduled payments I scheduled my payments so I would pay off my Kirby vacuum before the interest kicked in, of course, my scheduled payments disappearedI have the print out of my confirmation of the scheduled payments!! had I not called them today I would have been charged all the interestI believe lots and lots of there customers have been charged interest that they should NOT have been chargedI will be passing this info along to my lawyer as well

about years ago a couple men came to our door selling *** ***, my and I were talked into buying it but that was their last one they had with NO shampooer with it which was the main reason we wanted itso the guy said they will bring the shampooer out to us the next daywell after weeks of not getting the shampooer the guy told me to call *** and United consumer and have them send one out so we did but! they were soo rude and wouldn't help nor care that we didn't get all my product so we didn't pay on it and told them they could come get what we did haveThey have been reporting on my credit for years and I tried to talk with them to remove it since we didn't get all of what we were paying forthey told us no they wouldn't remove it unless we pay the balance of 3,off which is way higher then the agreement was for the product that we didn't get the whole thing! This company is ripping people off messing up their credits and they don't give hoot! my next step w

I purchase a Kirby Avalirvacuum from a market (*** *** ***.) place in which United Consumer Financial Service is a connections toThis the company who finance the vacuum for me I receive a used product that was supposed to have been new I contacted United Consumer Financial and spoke with a MrA*** and informed him of the situation concerning the use productMrA*** acted as if he would try to figure something outthen later on during the conversation he stated that there was not anything he could doSo on Tuesday I reach back out to the Company again and this time I spoke with a MsCarolyn and informed her that I would like to cancel this vacuum and would be taking it back to *** *** ***MsCarolyn stated that they had already paid for the vacuum which was a total of $ I restated to MsCarolyn that she need to stop payment on the checkMsCarolyn stated that she would notShe then begin to inform me that the company would be suing me for the mon
