We cancelled our contract within the day requirement, and now, months later - a transaction was made by them out of my accountBeing $in the hole, and accumulating late charges

I used this service through a door to door sales team from who knows where selling KirbyI've read through some of the complaints, but people just don't understand how these things workI had two different family members go through this process and knew the mark-ups and suchWe negotiated the sale down to less than half of their asking price, and for a payment amountlength, and terms WE choseThe poor sales people were literally at our house for almost hours before we both agreed the price and terms
As far as this finance service, I never had an issue making payments, though when paying by check I have noticed the bank was slow to cash it and I could see how a payment might go late if not sent in earlyI'd suggest always being one payment ahead
I am now today am paying off the accountAs long as this payoff goes smooth, I must say I am 100% satisfied with this serviceIt served a financing need for a product we agreed to buy at a price we negotiatedPersonally, I would trust using them again if I had to, but I would suggest reading the fine print and asking a LOT of questionsDoor to door sales people are looking to sell you something at the most profit they canThey are not looking out for your interest, credit, or financial situationKnow what you are signing before you sign it

I've had a loan through them for the better part of about years and only owe about left and have faithfully paid them on time the entirety of my loan and had it set up for auto payMy wife an I have been painstakingly working on our credit to buy a hous for my family for the past months and we're literally point away from being able to be approved when there evidently was some sort of error with my auto pay and since they didn't get it they cancelled my automatic payments hence not getting their money and ended up reporting a day late derogatory mark aigaknst my creditNeedless to say my score dropped about points from one mistake in yearsI immediately upon finding this out, paid moneths worth and was right back up to date and asked if they would remove that mark once they reported again which they said wouldn't be a problemLow and behold come the next month after they reported again, they had liked to meSo I called and eveny mortgage officer called and tried to see if they'd help me and my family out where we've been such loyal customers but they had no want to be rational human beings just rambled off bull about corporate policy but had full power to do soDo obviously this company doesn't give any *** about their customers and we are obviously just numbers to themI mean it doesn't adversely affect them at all to help my family out in this wayI will never do any business through them again! If I could give negative stars I would!

So I have united consumer financial on my credit showing closedSays the balance is $1,so I obviously want this off my credit instead of filing bankruptcy I decide to tackle my credit with the best way and funds I haveI call ucf and explain I do not have $1,to just throw at them I ask for a settlement so we both can be happythe way I was spoken to was flat out rudedis honest people they call me very very late at night and do not disclose who they are I ask who they are and they are rude about itcurrently filing a complaint with several forms of proof and intend to take this as far as I cananyways back to the old debtThis debt I have tried to reason with them and see what options there were of course nothing in their eyes they want a time payment that's it I will continue to tell people how this company is along with tag every product they finance on social mediahell I may even tag news stations about how they are wrongfully breaking laws with their un reasonabl

The business is charging us $dollars for a used Kirby vacuum cleanerThe reason we say used is because this product was used numerous times before making it to our home where the salesman conducted his presentation, after using the same vacuum for God know's how many other homes before making the sale with usAll we are asking for is to only close the account with the amount that we have paid towards the company, which is close to if now over $1500, because the vacuum was not brand new we purchased it, and feel like the price that was financed was way to much for a used machine in the first placeThis is hurting our credit score and feel it is completely unfair

I purchase the *** *** through this company , immediately after, I did a major surgery and was in the hospital for awhileI fell behind on the payments during my surgery , and during my recovery processI spoke with one of the representative and reschedule a payment planThe rep assured me that the missed payments would go onto the backend of the loan , while making my new monthly payments
Since then, United Consumer Financial received the agreed amount ( $77.22) every month from my bank , but is reporting to the credit bureaus that they receive no payments for the life of the loan, they're reporting up to days pass due, which is a lie, because the company receive $every monthUp to the time of making this complaint, they withdrew the said amount $from my bank account for the month of August, but report no payment was made on the credit reportsI believe this is unfair , mis-information , unjust and fraudulent business practice by United Consumer Financia

I discovered that this company has been deducting automated amounts from my checking account monthly for at least the past two years, with no record of balance updates, interest charges, or contact information being providedI had to go through my bank to learn of their identityUpon reaching out, I inquired as to why I never received billing statements, interest charges etcin the event I wanted to dispute or make alternate payments and was told the company does not send billing or balance statements and that users are provided books upon purchase to track their balanceI asked for confirmation of where and when they provided these books and was not given an exact date nor could this company tell me where in this book it states there would be no billing information provided monthly, as is customary with credit companies
I have requested and have yet to receive the following:
prior notice indicating that billing statements would not be provided to users
