We have issued refunds for the invoices dated back to Feb Our credit card processor does not allow us to refund anything older than months.WE are showing the the customer purchased our service back in Aug and has downloaded drivers to update their computer, and has used our Active Optimizaiton software.thank you support

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did not call to cancel, for when I originally was setting this up, I then seen that it was going to be $per month, so I backed out erasing all information on this driver supportand hit cancelI did notice a fee for January, I contact them with no regards to my issueThen when Feburary 10th came along they had taken another $out for February, I then sent them a message again with no regard, I then told them that some one needed to call me regarding this matter, because at this time I had two bank over drafts taken out of of account for $eachThe lady I was talking with was not helping at all, I then told them I was going to contact the Revdex.comThis company had a pop up on my computer that I need to update my driver, this was not true, and I am not sure how they got into my computer to have this pop up, making think that I needed their service Regards, [redacted]
