I am rejecting this response because:I did not call to cancel, for when I...

originally was setting this up, I then seen that it was going to be $9.99 per month, so I backed out erasing all information on this driver support. and hit cancel. I did notice a fee for January, I contact them with no regards to my issue. Then when Feburary 10th came along they had taken another $9.99 out for February, I then sent them a message again with no regard, I then told them that some one needed to call me regarding this matter, because at this time I had two bank over drafts taken out of of account for $28 each. The lady I was talking with was not helping at all, I then told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com. This company had a pop up on my computer that I need to update my driver, this was not true, and I am not sure how they got into my computer to have this pop up, making think that I needed their service.

I am rejecting this response because:I received email stating you were told by Driver Support that my refund had already been received and to check my bank account. I have informed Driver Support that they made 2 deductions of $9.99 each - one on 12/28/16 and another on 1/26/17. The one from 12/28 has never been credited. They still owe me $9.99. And I have checked my account today 2/5 and there is no credit from Driver Support.

mailing address provided.A credit card not being on file does not have anything to do with a refund. And, in fact, because of improper charges by companies such as yours and the Yahoo hacks, the credit card had to be changed several times.
