I am rejecting this response because:This company did not have my permission to take $out of my account twice, how many people has this happened to that they have gotten away withThey named off a computer that the downloads were made to, which is not my computerI will send a picture of my computerI am not signing off on this until the bank charges are refunded to my accountAs for the pop up telling me that my drivers needed to be updated, I would like to know how they can get by with doing this when I am on my computer! I backed out when I seen that they wanted$a month, taking all of my information off and backed out of this program!

The reason that we could not find your account a first is because there was a different email used to purchased our software The email that was used was ***. Is this your email address also? We will mail you a check for the addition amount of $59.94. Is the address on this complaint the one you would like the check mailed?

I am rejecting this response because: The only mistake I made was purchasing Driver Support on 9-12-and immediately had it removed. In this last letter, *** *** now talks about installing it back on 2-24-2014. I did not activate anything on any computer. As to what he is saying about any other computer except my HP Envy one, I don't have a clue. Also, I do not have AMD Graphics, HP Realtek Card Reader, or HP Intel Chipset, or a Brother MFC-J615W Printer. Any scaning I do is from my Norton Security which should not be using any outside source to review the security on my system. I also resent the fact that even after repeated times that I say I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT, that this company keeps coming back with pure fabrification of what I supposedly did with it on equipment I do not own or use. Why would a reputable company not refund the money when a customer does not use their product? I feel like I am in a peeing contest that seems to favor what are unknown activities??? of a business over the naïve consumer.
