I am rejecting this response because: Evidently someone broke into my computer and installed software on their computers. I only have one computer, not 3. And I have NEVER installed a driver of any kind after I declined and had my tech guy remove any software connected with Driver Support. Also, my dispute was with the credit card company, not a bank. Could Mr*** have a "canned response" which he uses against all of his complainants because what he says in his response certainly doesn't match the number of computers I have and I believe I know when I install something and there is no way I installed four drivers even on one computer? He hangs his response heavily on his purchase and refund policy, not customer satisfaction or performance for which their is NONE,

I am rejecting this response because: Had I purchased anything at all its only for a one time agreement and not to be continued as a subscription of any sort. If I had an accountable purchase, why did these employees, *** and ***, BOTH failed to locate any records of me purchasing anything and I not receiving updates known by meI also absolutely never allow any entity to perform any automatic purchasesI also believe the people I had spoken with are not real and made fake names because of their dishonestyThis company is a scam. The six driver downloads they claim has not happened as they stateI have not benefited from any downloads from Driver Support

He bought years of service in 2012. When he renewed he was only able to get one year of service on 05/08/and renewed on 05/07/2016. Then when he was up for renewal on we moved him to recurring starting on 05/08/2017. He had two months of recurring before he
cancelled. He also made another purchase of recurring Driver Support and cancelled that as well. We refunded him for his duplicate subscription purchase on 07/05/ He's downloaded drivers and had made scans on multiple machines which he’s used his licenses on besides his term purchase expiring. thank you support

We are sorry but will cannot refund a purchase that is years old. We not longer have any of your credit card information

The customer call on Feb and wanted to cancell the service. We refunded the customer on Feb for the Feb purchase and have also now refunded the original Janunary purhcase

We have issued refunds for the invoices dated back to Feb 2017.  Our credit card processor does not allow us to refund anything older than 4 months.WE are showing the the customer purchased our service back in Aug  16 and has downloaded 6 drivers to update their computer,  and has...
