I am rejecting this response because: I also received an email from Driver Support today after  my Revdex.com complaint. Their email states the refund will take up to 15 days....

That is what I was told at the beginning of January  and I still don't have it. Another 15 days is a month and that is not acceptable.

[redacted] purchased Driver Support with Active Optimization on September 12, 2015, BetweenSeptember 12, 2015 and November 3, 2015, [redacted] successfully...

installed 4 drivers and installedthe software on 3 different computers, in which he used all the licenses he purchased. On November 9,2015, the customer disputed his purchase of Driver Support with his bank. Driver Support submitted tothe customer's bank documentation showing [redacted] agreeing to the terms and conditions of thepurchase and refund policy. Proof was also submitted that Ski Miedema has used the software and allthe licenses associated with his purchase. I am rejecting this response because:
You caused the problem by preventing the [redacted] software from installing.   You forced me to agree to  your supposed fix.  What it did was message up the network settings so I couldn't finish installing the printer software. I had to have an [redacted] licensed technician fix the problem. That is why the cost is $100.98
