This refund was posted to a DSW Gift Card as the original form of payment was no longer valid, per your request. The amount of $175.57 was posted to DSW Gift Card, ending in [redacted]. In regard to order [redacted] we are able to extend a final lost package claim for a refund of $207.18 as this was the total amount of the order purchased. Our "Compare At" price typically refers to the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). This promotion was not to honor an additional 65% off, but rather advertising we have clearance items marked up to 65% the compare at pricing.
