nothing was resolved. I do not have the name of the associate. I also reached out to customer service. The store was at the Burns park mall. Please tell me how we can resolve this issue and I can get a credit to purchase new shoes.

concern. On 12.21.2017 a representative advised you that we can still honor your $20 you would have earned for spending $75 and to honor an additional $10 off the order. On 12.27.2017 another representative emailed in response to your email per order [redacted]. This representative advised you we can honor $20 and free second business day shipping on an order for a different item since the one you want is no longer available. This representative also gave you a $10 Rewards certificate. Your discounts due to the inconveniences total $60.00 plus free second business day shipping. At this time we are unable to special order specific items from our Vendors, as many times these are "last of lot" items. Our website updates every 24 hours, so if you were attempting on the same day to purchase the same item that you received a cancellation email the order would not have processed. I would also like to say that it is not necessary for them to give me a $10 credit. If there is a way to let them know that all I wantedwas for someone to respond to me, and they have done so and are going to fix the original issue.
