I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As I  stated I agreed to $899.00 NOT $959.68? I'm not sure why $60.68 is being added to amount I agreed to.   Also in September 2014 I asked the UCFSC representive to continue the auto bank draft that I authorized, she NEVER told me to continue to make payments? It wasn't until I called my March 2015 that I was told UCFSC can only schedule 6 payment, however they could not continue the auto pay because the account was not due.  Which again does not answer my question of charging interest on an amount that is not due? Also Those 15 payment of differing amounts is more than what more than what you were suppposed to be taking out of my account each month and they total $505.00 which would mean I have paid you $1209.85.  The issue is being charged the interest when IF in fact I was told back in September 2014 that she would only be able schedule 6 payment I would have started making the payment myself back then. She just kept saying you didn't notice it wasn't being taking out of your account?  This just makes [redacted] look bad, as I said before I like the product but I don't like being taken advantage of.  Your billing Statement says $1392.36 is the total that would be paid during the agreement(over I think 3 years) if I kept with the payment.  however your company decided not to keep with the payment agreement and still do not understand why.
Regards,

regarding your purchase of a product from an independent merchant. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns. According to our records, you signed a retail installment sales contract (the "Agreement) for the purchase of the consumer product on June 25, 2016. The Agreement was between you and the independent merchant who sold you the consumer product. We purchased the Agreement, thereby financing this transaction. The purchase price of the consumer product you purchased was a negotiated transaction between you and the independent merchant from whom you purchased the consumer product. By signing the Agreement, you agreed to the purchase price in exchange for the unit demonstrated in the sales presentation. While I understand your position, your signature on the Agreement represents your assent to its terms. Please contact our office at the information below if you have any questions regarding your account. Timothy K. ok so you claim you spoke with me several times to confirm that I was satisfied? Do you have records proofing that I said that? because that's not true. I don't know why we would have spoke several times to confirm that. That was the whole reason of not paying on it. When I spoke with with your company they told me I would have to pay extra to get the items I didn't get in the first place. I have the name of the sales person and texts messages stating the dates too.  Plus the amount being reported on my credit file is different then the agreement. I will sent you a copy of the what I have but if nothing gets resolved after that I will be contacting The Attorney General. This truly isn't fair considering I contacted your company right away to inform them I didn't receive my items and now that's getting covered up as if I never said anything! Again I will send what I have to show you I guess but your company knows.. I'm not the first person this happened to by your company.

May 2, 2017 Re: United consumer Financial Services Account [redacted] Dear [redacted]: I received your Revdex.com complaint regarding your purchase of a product from an independent merchant. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns. According to our records,...

a payment of $3,265.00 posted to your account on April I I, 2017. An electronic funds transfer was in the process of transmission and posted to your account on April 12, 2017. These combined payments closed your account as paid in full with a refund. A refund of the overpayment on your account will be processed May 5, 2017. A refund is generally issued approximately 30 days from the date a payment is posted to an account. This normal business practice allows sufficient time for any stopped or reversed payments to be adjusted on the account. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. if you have any further questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact a customer service representative at [redacted], or by email at [redacted]. Sincerely, Karole D[redacted] United Consumer Financial Services

Dear Mr. [redacted]:Thank you for the follow-up information.  You are correct that my letter to you had at least one error on it.  The date you signed your retail installment sales contract (the "Agreement") was December 2, 2013, not December 3, 2015 as I stated in my previous letter.  I apologize for the error. The remainder of the information in my previous letter to you is accurate.  We spoke with you initially to confirm you understand your obligation under the Agreement, that all promises made under the Agreement were fulfilled, and that you were satisfied with the negotiation of the Agreement.  This is a standard verification we do with each of our consumers.Subsequent communications with you related to delinquent payments on your account with us.  In your follow-up communication, you state that you have proof from the independent merchant who sold you your consumer product that you did not receive all items promised under the Agreement.  Please submit this information directly to my attention at [redacted].  I will review it personally.Again, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.  I remain available to assist you. Best,  Timothy [redacted]Compliance DirectorUnited Consumer Financial Services Company

respond to your concerns regarding your purchase.  According to our recordss, on April 22, 2011, you requested an advance of your due date from April 24, 2011 to May 1, 2011. As a courtesy to you, we agreed to advance the due date of your payment and adjust your account accordingly. ordinarily, our system would adjust your account terms so that your maturity date—the date on which your last payment under your obligation would be paid—would adjust in accordance with the new due date. Here, our system failed to properly advance the maturity date when your payment due date was advanced. As a result, when your account was not paid in full on the original maturity date. our system incorrectly concluded that you were delinquent on your payments. We have investigated the matter and conclude that a system error on our end caused the issue you are observing. To remedy this matter, we will remove any negative credit reporting on your account, report your account as paid in full, and close your account with a zero balance. You will owe us no further financial obligation. I apologize for the system error and hope this resolution sufficiently addresses your concerns. If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact a customer service representative at [redacted], or by email at www.ucfs.net. Sincerely, Karole [redacted] Compliance Auditor

The 3-day period to cancel the contract was not verbally communicated and it is not "prominently" shown on the contract, but rather in fine print. The financed product is of low quality and very difficult to use, putting a lot of strain on my neck and back. I definitely do not want to pay over $2000 for something I will be unable to use. I respectfully request again that the finance contract and the sales contract be cancelled. I need [redacted] to remove the product from my household and the unpaid balance removed from my credit report.

the opportunity to address your concerns According to our records, you signed a retail installment sales contract (the "Agreement") for the purchase of a consumer product on May 31, 2017. We verified the terms with you. The Agreement was between you and the independent merchant who sold you the consumer product. We purchased the Agreement, thereby financing this transaction. We understand you are alleging you cancelled the Agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement, you had three business days to send in a signed cancellation notice to the address listed in the cancellation notice section of the Agreement. Accordingly, you had until midnight of June 3, 2017 to send in written notice of your intent to cancel the Agreement. We appreciate that you now regret your purchase. Unfortunately, you must still honor your obligation to us under the Agreement. We encourage you to contact the independent merchant for the issue you are having with the shampooer or any service related problems with the product at:  [redacted]

First I would like to say that their reply had a few ERRORS, I did not sign any in 2015. You state you have no record of me not receiving my items/products, Then why would your company have spoken with me so many times if there were no issues??? I have proof from the [redacted] seller that I didn't get my items/products. why would we pay off something that we don't have? All I want is for your company to stop making false credit remarks on me and to remove it off my credit. Another in your reply your dates and years don't add up. We did not receive the shampooer or sweeper like we were suppose too. The seller left the DEMO MODEL SWEEPER with no attachments or shampooer until we got ours in but things took a different route that's why we RETURNED the DEMO MODEL ONE. That's why I called to try and explain that to your company but they didn't/want to listen nor cared! Please REMOVE this from my credit.

you for bringing this issue to our attention so we may properly assist you. We do apologize for any confusion: we were not aware that you had cancelled the agreement with the merchant who sold you your consumer product. It was only after you spoke with a UCFS representative on May 18, 2016 that we became aware of your cancellation. Please note, though, that no refund is due to you because you revoked the lone payment on your account. Your banking institution notified UCFS of the revocation. Your account with UCFS is closed with zero balance, and you have no further financial obligation to the either UCFS or the merchant who sold you your consumer product. We have deleted any credit reporting on this account. I do hope this resolves your concerns. If you have any further questions, or need assistance, you can contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-338-6507. Sincerely, Cheryl B[redacted] Compliance Department

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I have the original contract and it states that total amount owed on this itemis 1700.00 total and 24 payments of 90.36 because the item was used and it was agreed when I purchased it the amount would be discounted give a fax and I can prove this matter.

We received your complaint filed with the Revdex.com....

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your concerns. According to our records, you signed a retail installment sales contract (the "Agreement) for the purchase of the consumer product on September 6, 2013. We verified the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement was between you and the independent merchant who sold you the consumer product. We purchased the Agreement, thereby financing this transaction. Enclosed is a copy of your Agreement providing an itemization of the agreed-upon purchase price of your product. Your account charged off due to non-payment in February 2014. The remaining balance on your account is $1,204.99. We understand you are claiming you cancelled the Agreement under the cancellation provision attached to the Agreement. We reviewed your account records and found no indication that did or attempt to cancel the Agreement. If you have information to support your claim, please forward that to us for further investigation. As a show of good faith, we are offering a settlement amount of $800.00. Once this amount is received, we will close the account with a zero balance and remove our credit reporting on your account. Payment should be sent using our remittance center address [redacted], Louisville, Kentucky 40285, or to the address listed at the bottom of this letter. Please include your account number in any correspondence you send us. If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact our Recovery Department at [redacted] by email at [redacted] Sincerely,
