this issue to our attention so we may properly assist you.According to our records, you signed a retail installment sales contract (the “Agreement”) on December 3, 2015 in order to obtain financing for the purchase of a consumer product from an independent merchant. Business Bureau Complaint. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention so we may properly assist you. According to our records, you submitted payment to us through your financial institution's online bill pay feature. Please note that because we are not set up to electronically receive funds sent through online bill pay, your financial institution will pr.nt us a check and send that check to us in the mail. The delay in transit caused us to receive your payments after their due date. That said, we received your payoff on October 10, 2016. Your account is closed and paid in full.   I disagree with the business representation of what occurred and I've included some text messages of my concerns to the sales person which probably wasn't included in his rebuttal. Not sure where John is getting from us saying we planned on using our income tax to pay for the rainbow? As I'm self-employed and I don't normally receive a refund.! This is the first fabrication! As to whether or not I was present for the entire presentation. This is False! When I entered the home the presentation was half way over. My wife was pressured to purchase and we refuse to be taken advantage of. Hopefully this proves we did have doubts and express concerns. We also spoke but there is no way to prove that. Our complaint is NOT unfounded and fabricated. Lastly I can see they took their time to respond to my complaint. In fact it took the full 30 day window to respond to my complaint and make their case and rebut everyone of my truthful accusations. I hope that you handle my concerns appropriately. I feel we can come to an agreement and resolve this where all parties are in agreement. Whereas it is right now, it's pretty one sided where I've been falsified in the eyes of the Revdex.com and the Finance Co. If there is any further information required please feel free to contact me. Through out this process all calls have stopped from the Finance Co and I haven't heard from the local distributor. This tells me they don't want to open the lines of communication and resolve this complaint amicably. The only outcome that I foresee is the finance company and the local distributor getting together and deciding what they're going to do with this machine. As stated previously I do not plan on making any payments on this machine, Now or in the future.  Machine available for pickup at our home address. Have a good day.

Revdex.com: [redacted] contactedcthe seller of the vacume several times to settle the problem in the beginning months and they would nit even return my phone calls it was only when I finally received a call from the finance company that they wanted to do something after I had made payments. I am done paying for a used vacume I have nevere used and not going to now after monthes of no contact just saying ok, I was promised a new vacume the next day, months later they say ok now you can have one, I want this one gone, my money back, and nothing bad on my credit, to me this is terrible business practice[redacted]

They were to give me a new vacume the next day, nevere returned my calles for several months, until the finance company finally called me, I want them to take the used vacume that is their show model they left, refund my money, and not have it reflect on my credit. That is no way to run a business, were you charge a person for months for a used product, will not return calls for months, and then try to finally make it ok when the Revdex.com is contacted, and the vacume company never did contact me just the finance company and that was two months after I caled them[redacted]

10/22/15. I just spoke with Mr. S[redacted] with UCFS.  He instructed me to look up precomputed agreement.  I did.. it states under department of Finance and Economics Compound interest may be computed in different ways. If youve already
signed on the dotted line, youre best bet is to make your payments as
scheduled(in which I did).  If lump sums are paid, they will also affect precomputed interest calculator the APR, as they lower the interest charges..  I called UCFS 10/15/15 tt Dawn and got the final pay off and was told $101.61 needs to be paid by 11/14/15. NOW look a the letter dated 10/9/2015  it states $125.63? - I sent $101.61 today(also verified with MR. S[redacted]) which would mean that I have paid the account off 1yr and 1 month early.  However the total amount I have paid with the precomputed interest is $1311.46 a difference of $29.90 saving for paying account off 1 yr early.  I just don't feel that it is right when the balance I had left after the $518.55 payment was $400.00. from march 2014 to September 2014 $73.40 was added to the balance in interest.  I can't see how UCFS can say this is right.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

a payment of $3,265.00 posted to your account on April I I, 2017. An electronic funds transfer was in the process of transmission and posted to your account on April 12, 2017. These combined payments closed your account as paid in full with a refund. A refund of the overpayment on your account will be processed May 5, 2017. A refund is generally issued approximately 30 days from the date a payment is posted to an account. to our attention so we may properly assist you. After our investigation, we determined that your account was improperly assessed a processing fee by our third-party payment processing vendor. Ordinarily, consumers setting up recurring payments are charged a $3.00 processing fee at the onset of their recurring payment schedule. Your account was charged a $3.00 processing fee on September 1, 2015, well into your recurring payment schedule. As a result of this improper processing fee, your September 1, 2015 payment was not sufficient to cover the balance due for September 2015. We unfortunately did not realize the error and credit rated your account as derogatory. Please accept my apology on behalf of our company for the error. We were made aware of this issue on or around May 12, 2016 after speaking with you. At that time, we made a request to the consumer reporting agencies to remove all derogatory ratings on your account. To date, the consumer reporting agencies have not updated the correct status of your account with us. We have sent another request to each credit reporting agency to which we credit reported your account. We will continue to monitor your account and its rated status until which time it is correctly reported to each credit reporting agency. We again sincerely apologize for the harm and frustration this error has caused you. You agreed to pay late fee charges of $20 for each payment not received within 10 days from the payment due date. According to our records, you incurred late fees on six separate occasions.
