This is the second year of using Dutton Plumbing I joined their family plan last year and receive a call from them approximately every months to check on any issues we might have and then once a year they come out and check all of the plumbing inside the house and do a complimentary flushing of the water heater Everyone I have worked with are very professional and answer any questions I might have My experience with Dutton has been nothing but positive

Dutton Plumbing's Ken [redacted]responded promptly to my request for a plumber to fix a sewer stoppage at our residence. It turned out to be more complicated than either of us thought, but Ken solved the problem quickly and efficiently and was more than fair in charging for the work. I highly recommend Dutton Plumbing and Ken [redacted]for fixing plumbing problems.

Mark and two co-workers came to my house. They set up quickly and ran the snake down the main and cleared out as much as they could. They showed me a camera view of the roots in my pipe and suggested immediate replacement of the main due to shifting and possible collapse of the pipe. They were not pushy, though, and were professional and courteous.

Great care in identifying issues and advising about possible consequences of future inaction. Friendly, punctual and careful to treat the premises with respect.

Polite, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive are adjectives I would use to categorize the service provided by Dutton. They seem very customer oriented. I especially was pleased to get phone and e-mail notifications of impending worker appointments. My job had a coordinator, Peter [redacted]ll, who made everything run to schedule. The work was done to my satisfaction and made less stressful due to the team effort Dutton provided.

Sewers backed up around 10pm on Tuesday before Thanksgiving! Bathtub, toilets, shower... everywhere! We called Dutton, they got to us in about 1 hour. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable. He looked for the outside access point for about 30 minutes, in the dark, and then explained in detail what our options are, and gave us rough estimates for all of them. I called back in the morning to schedule for someone to come out and finish the job (we found the access plugs inside the house). Promised to get someone here within the next 4 hours, or so. Will post another review after that is done.
