I have been using Dutton Plumbing for years, always with exceptional service. Brian S. is my technician. Brian paid a visit to my home yesterday on his way home from work due to my call to Dutton. One of my sinks was out of commission due to a severe water leak. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and left things as clean as they were before his visit. Additionally, Brian S. did not charge an after hours fee for the repair. I would recommend Brian S. and Dutton Plumbing to anyone in need of a great plumber.

Sewers backed up around 10pm on Tuesday before Thanksgiving! Bathtub, toilets, shower... everywhere! We called Dutton, they got to us in about 1 hour. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable. He looked for the outside access point for about 30 minutes, in the dark, and then explained in detail what our options are, and gave us rough estimates for all of them. I called back in the morning to schedule for someone to come out and finish the job (we found the access plugs inside the house). Promised to get someone here within the next 4 hours, or so. Will post another review after that is done.

We received prompt and very thorough courteous service. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional and we look forward to utilizing your services as needed in the future.

I was very impressed with Elias H of Dutton Plumbing. He was very informative about the problems I was having and sat down with me to discuss the issues and the cost of the repairs. He took care of the problems and also gave me more information about my gas water heater which is the next problem I have.

I had a slow-draining bathroom sink. All-around, the service was exceptional from response time, to staff/coordinators, to field technician Jay--who arrived within the scheduled time frame. Also, the technicians are very tidy, neat, and clean. I recommend Dutton's professional service to any friend or family member.

They called as soon as they received your E-Mail.  Unfortunately, they were blunt, rude and uncompromising.  Their secretary refused to send anyone to check on the problem for two weeks.  I don't know if this complaint can be closed anytime soon.

Very professional

our toilet kept 'running' and we decided we needed to get it fixed. dutton advertised a
special coupon for $47 to fix the flapper and we decided to have it done. unfortunately,
the tech said our problem required that we replace our toilet! we aren't sure if the price
was fair or not, since we didn't have time to compare the costs, but went ahead and had the work done. our tech deigo magana worked constantly locating a toilet that wouldwork in our tiny guest bathroom and then installing it. the one we wanted wasn't available any longer, so we agreed to take the one they had in their factory and he installed it the same day. he was efficient and had it installed in a couple of hours. we felt the price was a bit high, but decided this needed to get fixed asap, so we agreed to the price presented to us. they did give us a senior discount and adjustment for additional work that had to be done to our sink, so all in all we are satisfied with the new toilet and all the work that was done. diego did an excellent job with the work he did and the co-ordination of all parts of the job.

The service representatives were very helpful and professional, Our experience was very good.

Explained options, and didn't push for more expensive option.

The Dutton team communicated their arrival time well.
They had new power equipment for yard/pool drain cleaning, and knew how to use it. An added benefit was a camera inserted to view the problem area, and use an above ground sensor to mark the location of the problem.
While I am attempting the fix myself, I will gladly bring them to finish the job if beyond my DIY capabilities.

I wanted to commend Dutton plumbing for their courtesy, compassion and expeditious manner in which they handled a much hated plumbing issue. i.e. Ugly pipe going from the main water meter on the street to our home ( probably 60 years old was leaking ) I was unable to wait for the service man on hand. I had to leave for my job.
When Plumber David W. did arrive, the communication he initiated with me was wonderful, layman terms and ultimately after assessing the situation, David provided several options with different service and prices based on the problem we faced. I am very grateful for the communication and honesty which I feel David offered and I am glad to have been referred to Dutton and gotten David out to our home.

Had an after-hours issue with a water heater. Tried two other plumbers before I was able to get an emergency response from Dutton. Andrew E. was the service rep who responded. He was responding from Ventura so I understand the delay. He was extremely helpful and up-front. No hard sell or anything like that. He completed the job in a very expedited and efficient manner. He was very professional and courteous. Overall, a very positive experience.

Dutton is always on time, courteous, professional and fixes things right the first time. Ryan J always has a very positive attitude and does a great job. I recommend Dutton for your plumbing needs.
