Dutton Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company with responsive customer service and professional field technicians. Specifically, I have had the pleasure to work with Rich B. when he was dispatched to provide services when my main water main broke. He worked very hard on the job over a number of days, provided a high quality repair including an interim repair to get water back to my house while the larger job was being completed, and was very flexible in accommodating my family's schedule during the multi-day repair process. He really, genuinely liked his job and helping out customers like me that needed professional plumbing help.

We received top-of-the-line service from Dutton Plumbing. Rich B. provided quick and excellent service. We are returning customers and will continue to rely on Dutton.

This is the second year of using Dutton Plumbing. I joined their family plan last year and receive a call from them approximately every 6 months to check on any issues we might have and then once a year they come out and check all of the plumbing inside the house and do a complimentary flushing of the water heater. Everyone I have worked with are very professional and answer any questions I might have. My experience with Dutton has been nothing but positive.

I wanted to commend Dutton plumbing for their courtesy, compassion and expeditious manner in which they handled a much hated plumbing issue. i.e. Ugly pipe going from the main water meter on the street to our home ( probably 60 years old was leaking ) I was unable to wait for the service man on hand. I had to leave for my job.

When Plumber David W. did arrive, the communication he initiated with me was wonderful, layman terms and ultimately after assessing the situation, David provided several options with different service and prices based on the problem we faced. I am very grateful for the communication and honesty which I feel David offered and I am glad to have been referred to Dutton and gotten David out to our home.

Ramiro G. just finished snaking our main sewer line and all is well. Ramiro has helped us before and is very pleasant and professional.

They did a great job installing new pipes for our plumbing. Bernardo, Miguel and Ricardo were very professional and courteous during the whole process, and we were kept informed of what was going on and the progress they were making.

I called Dutton today at 7AM and Ryan was at my house at 11AM which is when their dispatch said he would arrive. I had a water leak in a roof mounted solar panel water heater which I needed disconnected to allow a roofing company to remove and repair the roof leak. Ryan promptly assessed the situation, provided 3 options and related pricing. He completed the job w/out leaving the site w/in approximately 1 hour.

I have to say this was the easiest home repair transaction I have experienced. I will use them again w/out a doubt. Thank you Ryan !

I want to thank Dutton - and in particular - Steve F. - for fixing my most recent plumbing problem. Steve's diagnosis was quick and the problem resolved within minutes. Steve's professionalism sets a high standard for others to follow. He was personable, courteous and knowledgeable; and he didn't mind when I peppered him with multiple questions - answering each one in layman's terms. Steve brings credit not only to himself, but to Dutton Plumbing. Like my wife always says: "When you find a great doctor, dentist, auto mechanic or plumber - you stay with them!" And to that I say: Amen!

Forget about the "smell good plumbers". This company was friendly and efficient from the first telephone contact and they kept this customer up-dated with two calls to update the technician's arrival time. David was kind, informative, and answered all questions. The company policy is to give 4/5 options for resolving the plumbing issue so that the consumer can choose what suits their needs, financial and otherwise. I had a doctor's appointment and the tech told me he would complete the repair of the water heater by the time I had to leave and he did.

I have used Dutton twice and have had a very good experience both times. They are reliable, on time, clean, very respectful and know their business! I will call only them!

The pricing is fair and reasonable - really like this business - have used many over the years but this company is superior. Excellent customer service!

Dutton Plumbing initially could not come to the house the day I called. However, I later received a call stating they could be at my house in half an hour. Their service man did the job quickly with positive results and cleaned the little mess he made. I recommend Dutton Plumbing for anyone wanting a professional plumbing repair/service. Dutton Plumbing is the company I will go with in the future for plumbing problems that I may encounter.

Your service and technician were great. He explaiined everything he was doing so that I could unerstand it. The problem was solved, and they did a great job of cleaning up both areas that they worked on plus all the mess that our problem caused.

Rich and the guys all did a great job. They had the new tank less water heater system in a lot faster and better then I had hoped. They were all knowledgeable on the subject and answered every question I put to them. I would have them come back if I ever need another plumber. I would give my friends and neighbors their names at the Dutton Plumbing in a heart beat. Great company and great people there.

We are very happy with Dutton's service. The two Techs that were sent out, Marc and Steven, were great. They were professional, courteous and very clean. They diligently worked until all the jobs were done. They were patient with all my questions. We will be using them on our next plumbing project. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
