Dutton Plumbing dealt with my 80 year old Mother in a very fair and equitable manner. She misunderstood the pricing for the services rendered, which was about 2x her budget. We worked together to find an amicable solution. Many thanks to an organization with complete integrity and empathy!

On October 20, 2016, I called Dutton Plumbing from an ad in the Yellow Pages. Within an hour, Brian S. was at my door. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked out all of my problems and more, giving me estimates for everything. After I chose what work I wanted done, he did the work quickly and professionally. When he left, my wife and I were highly satisfied. All of our lumbing problems were solved at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was very positive and needless to say, we will call on Dutton Plumbing (and Brian) again the next time we have a plumbing problem.

I used Dutton Plumbing on a 4 unit rental property that I owned. The sewer line all the way to the street connection and the water line to the units all needed replacing. I had many plumbing issues with these units in the past and it was time to replace. Dutton was prompt and very upfront with the why and how to resolve the plumbing problems and how much it would cost. I wanted the Tenants to not have the water cut off as much as possible and Dutton Plumbing worked very hard to limit the plumbing issues for the Tenants while doing such a big job. I felt that Dutton Plumbing Company met my needs and the Tenants needs in a timely manner.

We were very satisfied with the service that Brian S. did for us today. We are long standing customers of Dutton Plumbing.

David with Dutton Plumbing was extremely professional. He worked fast and efficiently and left the job site clean. He helped to make a big water heater problem really painless. We are very happy with his work

Ken was fantastic, very knowledgable. Fixed our over flowing toilet in a jiffy.

When I dropped an earring down the sink drain on a saturday night at my mother's house, I thought all was lost. Sunday morning I called Dutton Plumbing, they were there within 2 hours, retrieved the earring and cleaned up - all in under 10 minutes.

  This is the email I sent to him with the attached refund. On September 2nd, 2015, myself and him made a verbal agreement over the phone of a refund of $1,337.00. My accounting department processed it after I was off of work, refund is time stamped, but I sent him this email eight minutes after I got in the next day. Later that day I called him to inform him I sent the email already and that it can take up to 30 days on the banks end to process his money. He said he understands that and was okay with the refund. For the second time (we used Dutton Plumbing 3 years ago for a completely different issue), we are very happy with the courteous, professional service by Dutton Plumbing employees. Kevin was the field manager for our project and he was extremely helpful and personable as we navigated our choices in internal pipe leakage repair. The entire team was great and very careful about creating minimal damage to our home and environment in order to access this interior pipe that was leaking. Thanks guys!!! In fact, I have already referred Dutton Plumbing to a friend this week and she is also very happy with the service she received.

Ramiro was very professional and polite. He didn't try to oversell me but let me know what he thought was best for my situation.

I spoke with a Dutton Plumbing representative today, (S[redacted]), and came to an ORAL agreement.  In that ORAL agreement at approximately 2:15 today I settled for a total of $2000 for work done, (leak detection, 18" X 18" tile removal, jack hammering concrete floor, pipe repair and filling hole with sand and concrete patch.)  I was told by "S[redacted]" of Dutton plumbing that my requirement to have the funds and total corrected would be completed before 3:00 pm and and my credit card payment would be credited by Dutton Plumbing and I would receive a call and an email confirming same.  It is now 5:42.  I have not received a call nor an email confirming the refund to my credit card.  That was a LIE.  I am asking for your assistance in this matter again as once more Dutton Plumbing has not kept their word.
I look forward to your assistance and finalizing of this agreement today with Dutton Plumbing.  I no longer have any faith in Dutton's word.
