Brad F came for my yearly inspection and did an excellent job and explained everything very well.

I called Dutton today at 7AM and Ryan was at my house at 11AM which is when their dispatch said he would arrive. I had a water leak in a roof mounted solar panel water heater which I needed disconnected to allow a roofing company to remove and repair the roof leak. Ryan promptly assessed the situation, provided 3 options and related pricing. He completed the job w/out leaving the site w/in approximately 1 hour.
I have to say this was the easiest home repair transaction I have experienced. I will use them again w/out a doubt. Thank you Ryan !

Your service and technician were great. He explaiined everything he was doing so that I could unerstand it. The problem was solved, and they did a great job of cleaning up both areas that they worked on plus all the mess that our problem caused.

We had a minor leak we thought and found it was a major leak. The crew came out gave us an estimate arrived on time the next morning and got the big job done in one day despite the rain. They were lead by 2 specialists Marc R and Paul B and they were all very professional, neat & clean and did a great job. I would highly recommend this firm. It was a pleasure to have them in my home

I would like to say that this plumbing company is the best. The Tech Marc R. was so nice and so professional. I signed up for the Plumbing plan right away. I hope that I will never have to use them, but if I do I am so happy that I found this company. From the first call to the end of the service it was great. And I never felt that I was paying too much at anytime.

David W from Dutton Plumbing arrived as scheduled and assessed our water heater and verified we needed a new one. He explained different products and prices and we made our choice. He set to work immediately replacing it. It was late in the day and he work through early evening and completed the job. He was very professional and did a great job. We are thankful we had hot water to do our dinner dishes.

Paul B, a technician with Dutton Plumbing analyzed my water leak and quickly located the slab leak. He recommended a home water conditioning system. Paul presented me with three options and we negotiated on the cost for the leak repair including the HALO 5 water conditioning system and Paul gave me a good deal on the package so I approved it.

Rich B, a technician with Dutton Plumbing began to work on my plumbing issues the next day and was assisted by Drew L. was a good assistant for Rich and repaired all the drywall amazingly well. Rich handled the HALO 5 system installation and despite some difficult and frustrating challenges with the system that were beyond his control and no fault of his, he remained calm, cool, and professional. I give Rich a Grade A for his patience, perseverance, and professionalism. The three of them are highly recommended.

Review: On Oct 31, 2014 I called DUTTON PLUMBING to repair a running tolit. The repair man came and quoted a price of $328.93. I agreed to this price not knowing that it was an extreme overcharge. I soon found out that the parts to replace the tolit float was approx. $35 and labor should be around $75. I contact DUTTON Plumbing via email and phone calls several times and NO ONE WILL RETURN my calls. I am willing to PAY a reasonable amount but feel that I was agreegiously overcharged. This is an example of a service provider taking advantage of an unknowing consumer. I would like to warn others of DUTTON PLUMBING charging outratgeous prices just to take advantage of unknowing consumers.Beverly SantiagoTel # ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like a REFUND of $150 - this would mean I paid $178.93 which is more than reasonable for the repair of a tolit that took 15 mins and only $35 of parts.

Ken was fantastic, very knowledgable. Fixed our over flowing toilet in a jiffy.

Dutton Plumbing had an ad for $79. to rooter our drains. We had a cleanout for the line and the fee was $79. They were very clean, and nice, with prompt service. We will use them again.

Review: Dutton plumbing was out on 8/14/13 and made a spot repair. At that time they gave me a verbal estimate out of their Flat-Rate book for copper water main replacement. The book price was $3743.91. They told me they would credit me the $685.23 for this repair if I got the water main repipe within a months time. I called and set up the appointment for 9/12/13.Matt Domingo (same tech) came out for repair. he explained what he was going to do. He had the flat rate book out on top of the work order with the same price showing $3743.91. I asked about the $685.23 discount he said that it would be applied. just to sign and he could start. I signed the work order which was covered by the Flat-Rate book. Matt made no mention of any additional charges. I told I need to leave no later than 4:45 pm. he said that would not be a problem. At 4:40 he knocks on the door and hands me a bill for $6693.70 I ask why so much and he say's that ther was extra footage not covered by the flat-rate price and he did not want to discuss it further it's time to go home. I paid the bill and told him I would contact hiss bosses. he said go ahead you signed the work order. I contacted his supervisor Brian who offered me $32.00 discount I told them I would split the difference of the unauthorized repairs which was $3305.87 he said no way and that I was a liar and trying to get something for nothing.Desired Settlement: All I am seeking is 1/2 the price of repairs I did not approve. I was shown the same price in the Flat-Rate book on 2 occasions. What price should I expect to pay?

I just used Dutton's $79 discount on drain work and it was a fantastic deal. Jimmy the technician was prompt and courteous. I would recommend using them again.
