We see that reservation has the infant in the reservation and both flights were flown. Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets that have been used. As, well as tickets purchased are non refundable tickets.

they have sent me same thing 3 times and has not processed the refund in last 8 months. I can accept this either when my bank account gets money deposited or they send me credit note which is legally valid Thank you

rejecting this response because: We had a party of 13 people and received reimbursement for 4 tickets only. All 13 people were not put on the plane and were left behind. In addition, Dynamics management approved for us to buy tickets from other airline to replace Dynamics tickets as Dynamics refused to provide services and get us to Cancun.Dynamics manager Dawn V[redacted] at JFK airport called her executive team and got an approval for reimbursement of the tickets from other airlines. We were told that the ticket price should not exceed $700 to be reimbursed.

The only option was refund the hotel but not the flights which is very short notice this trip is in 36 days !!! We had no choice but to accept the new flights !! The three people in my party has been approved from their jobs for those days off and now we have to ask for July 6th due to the new flight getting back into NYC. Who is [redacted]? I have no idea who [redacted] is, and I have never mentioned [redacted]. I purchased the tickets for myself and my husband through [redacted]. Dynamic cancelled the flight and I got no notification from you. I would like an immediate refund. It doesn't seem that complicated. Dyanamic Air is witholding my money illegally. The refund to my credit card is only partial resolution. As I stated in my complaint dynamic airways had my payment of $526.00 since November 2015 and it was in April they notified me I had been bumped from my confirmed flights with my desired dates. The difference of incurred additional costs to get a new flight at such a late time would be full resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it. However, to date, I have not received a mail from Dynamic with the baggage claim form. I spoke withdraw representatives on numerous occasions and they asked me to prepare a letter, which I did . I am ready to complete this form so that I can get my compensation as soon as possible.Can you please help me to get this from from Dynamic. This is just another instance where we see Dynamic is unreliable and somewhat dishonest to say that they contacted me and sent a baggage claim form and they did not. thanking you, [redacted]
