If dynamic airlines is a company that value customer service, then it is imperative upon them to ensure that customers are refunded for services that they were unable to provide.

They never called me, I made three attempts to call them and all I got a response from customer service they are waiting from corporate and don't know when my refund will issue. I have service request # [redacted] on 6/6/16 by Shirley F[redacted], request [redacted] by Caroline L[redacted] on 6/17, request [redacted] on 6/23, and request[redacted] on 6/29. I Told them in the beginning on 6/7 to the customer service that my cc was expired.

The time it took to process this refund is in access to what we foresee on a regular basis. Because Mrs. [redacted] purchased her ticket through a travel agency ([redacted]) that is owned by another travel agency, it took so long to process.
We have drawn our conclusions and will be implementing process improvements.
