I want to change my desired outcome/settlement as follows: It was an absurd fraud.In order to prevent the victim such as me, I demand ths strongest punishment.I don't want to keep my order.(The company already cancelled my order arbitrarily) I ask the company to turn back my check by certified mail as soon as possible

we spoke to the customer he got his receiver he is happy

The customer ordered the tv on the 27th and he got -7-bus days ground shipping and it takes or days to ship he should have the tv by the 14th we reached out to the customer and he is satisfied

This is the second order this customer made the first order was shipped and it was in transit to [redacted] he called to cancel the order and replace a new order at a lower price which is fine we had to wait for the first order to come backto reship the new order during that time the tv was sold out we are getting new stock on the 12th we will shipp his new order for

I spoke to your husband and told him that the tv was shipping on 03/16and it did ship you will have it in 7-bus days from the 03/enjoy your new tv

I have called the customer and sent the customer a email asking if he received his TV and the sound bar I am awaiting his response
