I am rejecting this response because, all I was given in the reply from the business  was a phone # to call. I called it and it ended up being the cell number to the rep that originally hung up on me yesterday . I tried to...

explain what the call was in regards too but the man who answered the call ([redacted]) interrupted my explanation before I could finish and/ or offer other options that I would be willing to accept .The only answer he gave me was, He said he would call me tomorrow. He then proceeded to hang up again.

This is the second order this customer made the first order was shipped and it was in transit to [redacted]he called to cancel the order and replace a new order at a lower price which is fine we had to wait for the first order to come backto reship the new order  during that time the tv was...

sold out we are getting new stock  on the 12th we will shipp his new order for 3074.00

we have contacted a service center and they are working to exchange the tv for the customer

The customer ordered the tv on the 27th and he got -7-10 bus days ground shipping and it takes 1 or 2 days to ship he should have the tv by the 14th we reached out to the customer and he is satisfied

website said the TV was in stock and thatit would be shipped in 1-2 days.  After the order was made, I was contacted and told 2 weeks for shipping.
