I have received everything as promised and I would like to withdraw my complaint to the Revdex.com. It took longer than promised but the owner gave my father a sound bar for the inconvenience and he is totally satisfied as I am as well. Thank you for making this right

we called the customer on Wednesday the 15th telling him that the tv just came back in stock and we were shipping the tv and very sorry because of the delay on this tvwe were closed on the and the 17th and the trucking company am home delivery was also closed because of a Jewish holiday when we
reopened on the 19th we received a email that the customer had canceled we canceled the order

The number they provided is a fax number.I called Tony M*** and left a message at (*** ***, which is the number they provided in an earlier email.EastCoastTVs has my phone number and email address
if they would like to contact me.I believe the right thing for them to do is to send the TV that was advertised on their website that I ordered and paid for over a month ago

I am rejecting this response because:The company is asking for me to call them. This is an unreasonable request for several reasons. Most importantly, I don't wish to have a phone conversation with them. During my last phone conversation I was lied to
repeatedly. I would like for all communication to take place through the Revdex.comThere is no communication left to be had. I placed an order on an item which they have in stock. They tried to charge me extra fees above what their advertisement quoted. Either they ship my order as it was placed, or their rating needs to be reduced from A+. This is far from an A+ company

response because: The contracted price with the false-advertising online retailer was $This total price was confirmed by the retailerThe competitor they cite has a price of $for a price difference of $184, not $Nor does it make up for the fact that the TV was ordered (and confirmed) in time for Christmas delivery but the false-advertising retailer waited days to tell me that they don't deliver to ***, even though their website says they do, such that my family will not be getting this TV for ChristmasWhen I get a check for the actual difference, $184, and the CHECK CASHES, I will consider the the Revdex.com complaint resolved.

I filed a complaint with Revdex.com about weeks ago and got a response from the business through Revdex.com a week laterOn the following day, Jan17, I called the number provided in the response and left a
message(No one answered from the company, yet again.) I gave them a week and a half to return my phone message, but they failed to do that againI just received an email from Revdex.com saying that my complaint was closed and assumed to have been corrected, that is not the caseEastCoastTvs has not returned my phone call, even though I called and left a message with the extension they providedThey have not contacted me to complete my orderThis issue has NOT been resolved yet. If someone from Revdex.com could respond to this message and reopen my complaint I would greatly appreciate itIt has now been over months since I initially put in my order with EastCoastTvs and all I want is for the transaction to be completedThank you for your time and I hope this conflict can be resolved soon

I am rejecting this response because: I called the phone # that I was sent*** answered the phone ,said he was busy but would call me back in minutesI waited 2-1/hrsbut have not heard back I believe they cannot supply the item they advertised as being in stock and they are just leading me onI still never received a reply from *** with whether they can supply the s-model grill for there ad price ($2050.00)Which I would accept
