When I called the number in the response (on Thursday, May 17), *** answered and promised that the projector would be delivered by Monday, March Today is Thursday, March and the projector has not been
delivered yetAgain, it is impossible to communicate with vendor todayNobody picks up on the toll-free line or the number provided in the responseEither East Coast TVs is flat out lying to me or they have absolutely no control over their suppliers, inventory and shippingEither way, this is an entirely unacceptable way of doing business

We reached out to the customer and *** did warranty his product they came out to him numerous times to service his product and try and make it work with *** ***The TV is in perfect working order but it does not work with *** *** for some reason*** asked us for our suppliers name so that they can replace the product for himWe have a binding agreement with our vendor and can not reveal that information The name of the vendor is not necessary when *** can easily trace the product using the serial numberWe would have exchanged the TV for him but it was already mounted on the wall with out the box and it has been months and that is way beyond our return policy

WE REACHED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER AND HE IS HAPPY

of my credit card was charged on September 28, and I have been told that the TV has been shipped, not once but multiple times started on September 30th all away until October Then the manager admitted that the TV is on backorder and promised me that if the TV is not shipped at the latest on October 13th then the debited amount is going to be refundedThat has not happened: In spite of the TV was not shipped, the amount was not refunded until October 19, exactly three weeks after they actually debited my credit card with the full purchase amountThis is an unacceptable practice within suppliers and customers.

I am rejecting this response because: although the company states they reached out to the customer and resolved the problem, that is not the case. I was contacted by an employee of the
company ***) last week and was told that the television would be in stock and available to be delivered this week. Here we are at the end of the week and there is no tracking order or television on its way to my home. By the actions of this company, it appears they never intended to sell televisions at their advertised price. The advertisement was deceptive and only intended to get consumers to call in - only to find out that they would be billed more than the advertised price. I'll give the company one last opportunity to respond with an adequate resolution. I do not want another wasted phone call from this company. I want their proposed resolution posted to this complaint in writing to the Revdex.com. No more "we contacted the customer and resolved the issue", because that hasn't been true. It has been nearly weeks of wasted time at this point. If the television and mounting hardware are not delivered to my home at the advertised price with free shipping, I will escalate this complaint to the Federal Trade Commission due to the fraudulent, deceptive advertising scheme. I'm sure this scheme has also effected countless other consumers who would enjoy to be part of an investigation
