I am rejecting this response because: My bouquet not only came damaged, but was weeks late and no longer neededMothers Day is over All sales final is understandable when it's not the company's faultThis is 100% the company's fault and had the product come within the 10-business day delivery time I would have enough to return and order a replacement and use the store credit A refund is not unreasonablePlease sent prepaid label and refund money or I will have to dispute with PaypalI shouldn't have to suffer because your company isn't holding up their end of the bargain

***. Just to clarify, we at EcoFlower Weddings are a separate company to Eco Flower in Ogden, Utah. We used to be more of a sister-company to Eco Flower that did the wedding ordersBut, in March 2016, Eco Flower launched their own wedding line. This can cause confusion. We at EcoFlower Weddings are a much smaller company that specializes in custom crafting wedding flowers made to orderBecause our ordering process is more involved, orders are placed either over the phone or via emailWe do not offer a "click and order" feature on our websiteOur orders also require 2-months to custom craft. Based upon the mentioned crafting/shipping time frame of 5-business days, it is very likely that this order was placed with Eco Flower in Ogden, Utah.
