I am rejecting this response because: the last excuse provided was that you were only waiting on a shipment of wooden vases to arrive and be stained in order to complete the item When is the shipment of supplies expected to arrive and when is the order expected to ship? It has already been more than two months since the order was placed and the two previous expected ship dates you provided have already long passed
