I am rejecting this response because:I requested a refund, not shipmentI don't believe EF deserves my hard earned money after they ignored my initial request for shipment and subsequent request for refund, months after they received my payments for separate orders.I would be happy to have the items returned if a pre-paid shipping label is provided for each delivery address/orderI choose not to support this company in light of their refusal to listen to customers and insistence on continuing to take more orders when so many have yet to be fulfilled.Again, bad business!
