Hello,Thank you for reaching out to usYou are correct, in our Terms & Conditions it states:For wedding orders, we require a minimum of a 8-week production time frame that is subject to increase without notice for new orders, based on availability(view FAQS page for current production
time)As stated these timeframes are subject to change without notice which is why our Terms & ConditionsIf a date would have been chosen at time of order our system would not have allowed the order to be placed for the date that you are requesting. As a date was not provided on the order and we are fully booked for the next months, a rush fee would be requested for any and all orders requested prior to SeptemberA rush fee is charged as we will require our wedding florists to work any overtime that may be necessary to complete the orderAs such the rush fee is not refundableIf you prefer we can cancel and refund the entire order, including the rush feePlease let us know if you would like to continue with the order or if you prefer that it be cancelled.Thank you
